I skipped 2nd gear all the time with no problem. Then I got an 84 and did it with out thinking and 2nd gear was ok. Creature of habit.

Tried out my CB today sounds good. Talked to a trucker on the way home from work, he could not believe it was coming from the original equipment.

I got my mic and headphones today. They work great but not sure if it works on the CB. but I mounted it to my 1986 venture helmet. When I get it out on the highway I will see if the CB works.

Fuse panel; I replaced mine with a panel from radio shack. There was a video or instruction on replacing the panel.. I was thinking someone on here made and sold panels at one time

I cannt understand why it was so hard for this kid to do his job and look. I thought it was the 7/8 but he said different so made me think twice. I should not of bothered him from leaning on the counter.

What size is the grips on an 86. I got some for my 83 4 years ago but forgot the size.I stopped at a yamaha shop to get a couple keys made and asked and got 2 answers.I was told 1 1/4 and 1 then told 1" and 7/8.

I was going to try and get a meet and eat sometime this spring or summer. I see there is a couple members with in a ear shot from me. I have not met either of them yet. Went a few years ago to Kokomo Indiana during the winter and had a good time but forgot who they all were. (old timers) I am just putting this out there for some thought. With my work schedule I cannot put a time on it. So if it happens I will plan on having the flu that day.

I got a call on my phone at 1 am that my master card had been locked. Then it said press 1 to unlock it. So I pressed to hang up. I don't have a master card so I knew off the back it was a scam to get a credit card number

We had a meeting at work yesterday and the bosses said we need more positives in our work place. Later in the day rumors of this boss and our HR person might be fired. Now that is the most positive thing I heard the entire time I have worked there.

If the weather man is right its suppose to be 55 or warmer. With that said now to get to the road from the shed. Looking forward to a good ride other then the high winds. 31 days till spring all have a great Friday.

It was moved by the wife who never goes in the garage. It was in the bag I left it in.

Im trying to make it original. Not so much to use. Might use the cb a time or two.

Ok I bought a 5 quarts of oil brought them home put them in the garage. Went back a day later to town to get the filter I forgot.. Come home and now I cannt find my oil. I bet it is right where I left it.
