I guess I am a cheap ole "SOB" . I download songs from LIMEWIRE , free version . I set my filters and run the downloads to a separate file folder outside the "my music" and scan for viruses . Also being I have 8 computers , one is an older and expendable and I use it for downloads , so if it crashes , oh well . At least my other computers are more safer . Some people my complain about Copyrights , but I don't sale the songs , just listen to them like on the radio , and they are free ! BEER30

The wife loves corn battered fried catfish and fried ocra . I on the other hand , hate fish and ocra ! I was made to eat fish day end and day out as a youngster . Now I am older , no one is going to make me eat it again unless I want too ! I'm a beans and tator guy , per say . Now fishing , I love to fish or at least anchor off and take a snooze on the water . I went to my local locksmith and got blanks and cut for around $5.00 each . (Yamaha dealer wante my first-born for a blank ). They can also re-key it for you too . A sign up on my lock-smith wall stated somewhere around $25.00+ to cut an original replacement key from tumbler . After what a few members went threough , I keep plenty of spares around and in pocket . Gene

Them 1st Gen's aren't much better as a Wind-Jammer wanna-be and falls apart like a HD . :rotf: Oh , What's the difference between a HD and a 1st Gen ? . . . . . . . 1st Gen parts slide further on asphalt at higher mph's than HD's !:rotf:

I told Wild Hair , he needsto get hooked up with one of them map surveying companies , Delorme , MapSource , RandMcNally etc..... They just tack one of the tracking devices and set him loose . They track and record all the roads he travels and place in into software for GPS's . They should pay him handsomely for his travels ! Gene

Vance , Hawaii and Alaska are sister states . We each take vacations to each other states . Fares are lower than someone comming from the lower 48 , well at least it was when I left AK . If anyone goes to the Princess Lodge over-looking the Russian River , I built the horse drawn bob-sled that is there . Gene

I never bothered with cruise ships to Alaska , I just went there and stayed ! (1979-1994) Cruises are OK , but many whom I have spoken with whom did both cruises or walk-abouts , say they enjoyed walk-abouts better . There is more to see in the interior than from the coast line couped up in some glorious tub . If you stay away from the tourist traps and shop where the locals shop , you will not get it in the rear end in prices . Heck , it cost me more to live here in NC than it did in AK . If it were me in your shoes , I'd fly in , rent a "rent a wreck" , take the land tour or train to Denali , Mt. McKinley , Homer , Seward , Matanuska Valley , Fairbanks and Anchorage . If your into nature , there is hiking and camping everywhere . Grab a giuded tour by float plane , boat , or horseback into the wilderness , or just sit beside some ole geezer , smacking his chops as he is arguing with the other half on a germ infested ship . Sorry , just never liked cruises where the tour guides said I couldn't go and come as I please . Gene

I cannot speak for Buddy's cables as I have the Kennedy cellset . I can say the CB is isolated from other devises in this case . The zumo is piped in through the AUX at which you are by-passing the plug in the cassette by going into the fairing .Therefore the isolation is still within the original design of the RSV . Now anything that goes through the Zumo , MP3 , XM , bluetooth , etc....is isolated within the Zumo and still behind the RSV's circuitry . Now with the Kennedy cellset , I have several more ports for use of radar detector and other input devices . I got the cellset before Buddy designed his cables . Gene

What do you mean you didn't know about this one . ADC would have come , but he had to work . So we stopped in to visit him squeezing the fruits . Just think of the fun we could have had there like we did at our shop , could have had food fights in aisle 8 and 9 ! :rotf: We ate Mexican food , then off to Andersons to take a look-see Jeff's dream machine and then to the Muff-stead . Toured the Muffin Oven on wheels and then took on firearms to go HD stalking . Yeah I talked to Bobbie , but assumed that you two love birds are on top of things . I even called you from the restaurant to see where you were and that we were about to order . We waited as long as possible ! Are you getting to the age now where your emotions are getting in the way of priorities ? At least you could have showed up and brought Dave38X along . Temps were perfect , food was great !
