Just got finished unloading and setting up some of my wifes presents . She always gets them early as I let her pick them out herself . I spend enough time in the doghouse buying what she don't need . She got a new leather MC jacket , cutlery set (not to cut my throat with) , Ashley Buffet Server hutch , more kitchen utensils , and more . So being she got everything early , that only leave me , dressed only in a ribbon or bow to unwrap to place under the tree ! :moon::moon: BEER30

That is a beautiful work of art . Reminds me of the Black Widow bow I used to have before I got my Matthews Z-Light compound . I haven't slung a stick in a few years now , especially after I got the scoot , LOL ! My brother-in-law's brother makes traditional long bows . He also makes his own arrow shafts , strikes his own arrowheads and uses wild turkey feathers for fletchings from the turkeys he has harvested himself . BEER30

Colortune, I don't think I am impressed . . .
BEER30 replied to V7Goose's topic in General Tech Talk
Perhaps , you need to consult Muffinman . He performed a Color-tune on my scoot which led to better performance on my scoot . The color I believe you need to achieve is a Munson burner blue . I saw the change in the color before and after Muffinman did his thing , but do not know my screws to tell which and how much to turn . Before the color-tune , my MPG were moderate , but after then increased and didn't get the black residue on the tips of my exhaust as before. Only mods to my scoot was change the exhaust from stock to Baron 4-2-4 Nasty Boys . Everything else is stock . After the Colortune , we did a Carbtune . Coming home from Sledgehammers house where we did the Color-tune , I got 200 miles off a tank of fuel , 15-20 mph headwinds , average 75mph . That was this spring . Now I get riding 2 up , pulling the BEERCART , average speed 70-ish about 33 mpg . More when going slower speeds or 1-up. I'm happy with the Color-tune . BEER30 -
Good Deal there Louis . Today , Becky and I participated in Wreaths across America and our Rolling Thunder Care Bear Ride . We delivered stuff animals to the Sheriff's Dept. and to the local Hospital . It's a pleasure to bring such a simple gift to those ones whom greatly need it to warm their hearts and spirits in time of need . BEER30

Anywhere in this world , you will find poor to quality products . Some parts of this world , you will find the cost of making these goods cheaper than others . Many of any poor or quality products , you will find that a deal has been struck between government officials and these makers . Now I don't want to turn this post into a political thread either . But I can say on behalf of our company . We have designed products for the Military and Homeland defense . Our products have made their way overseas to find Commie-Chinese companies duplicating our products in inferior materials . Brought back over here and sold to our young soldiers for maybe a few bucks less than what we sale them for . What's even worse , I have been plagued with these customers calling me to make complaints of these knock-off's, as they think they have purchased our companies products . They fall apart within minutes of use . But how can you blame these customers from calling me to complain , as these jurks even use our companies name in the label ! But what's sad , our officials will do or have done nothing about it after numerous attempts to protect our companies name have been filed . I beleive in free interprise , but this the consumer needs to be educated more on what is actually sold on the market . As we don't suffer as much in sales of our products , it's the consumers whom purchase these inferior products are the ones whom lose out . Yes I buy products made outside the USA . And most of the products I purchase help out both that country and the US workers somewhat . I try to be very observant on these products as to their value . I also admit I buy from Harbor Freight too ! For weekend warrior task , I buy cheap in price . And for everyday use I buy quality and look for US , Canada, or UK made before I go to Commie-Land . Or is this package for that lovely wife of your and you don't want anything to go wrong ? , ...so ya don't go to that "Dog House" . Since when is Chrome fragile ? Or is this a big package ......um , maybe Mechanics new scoot for Christmas ? That's would pretty darn big and heavy and would be a mess if it was dropped ! Don't need a new scoot with a scratch or ding in it ! Or could it be Yamaha branded glass PIE pans for the making Cherry Pie ? Come on George , your being a little secretive about this . No need to use code , your among family and friends !!!!!! :stickpoke: BEER30

Sleeperhawk ,who was the shipper ? We ship out UPS and USPS daily . We also insure every item we ship out . Was your package insured ? If so , contact the seller to have them make a claim as they are the ones whom placed the insurance on the item . Since '99 , we have been fortunate to have only 5 claims . Mostly because the recipeint said they never received the package . Tracers on the packages verified the truth . Only one damage claim , and that was through UPS . We the shipper had to file the claim and we were reimbursed the cost plus shipping . Once we received verification that the claim will be paid out , we immediately resent the order . Most companies will make good on damaged goods , as they do not want to risk the negative reviews that they could get through the BBB , or word of mouth . If the seller knows that they will receive comfinsation from the shipper , they normally will send to you a replacement immediately or after they receive the item back for inspection . Mostly , they wish to see the item back , as we have received back damage goods for return , knowingly that they themselves damaged the goods . BEER30
