If you can, post photos. Also , is the wall in question a bearing or non-bearing wall? Does the wall run parallel or perpendicular to the floor joist? Are there other top plates(other walls under the opening) visible and how do they run? Any plumbing or electrical in the area. Can you place another floor joist on a bearing wall and span across to a new cross joist with joist hangers? Will there be new plumbing oe electrical? Is the worst of the damage under the tub? Sorry for all the questions. Can only advise on what info. is provided. BEER30

I used mine today coming home and hit many road construction projects with temps over *100. I bought mine last year for around $20.00 each. I toss mine in the BEERCART's cooler for about 20 minutes ahead of time to activate. Keep a vest or jacket over it or the wind will evaporate it and reduce cooling time. BEER30

BEER24/7 and I just made it home after a 2800+/- , week long trip. First to MD. Thanks to Don and the wife for hosting another Great event. Happy to see old and meet new friends. It was an honor to provide along with Charlie and I, a table dance to all the members there at Quakers Steak and Lube. After MD, we were off to Sturbridge, Massof2sh*ts to see the Grand-Daughters. Spent 3 days getting spoiled to say the least. Then venturing off into the hills of NY, Conn, and PA. We were supposed to go to West Point, but my friend was still out of town, instruction students elsewhere. Oh well, his loss . Then onwards to Washington BS(no long DC) to combat all the ridiculous road construction. Then homeward bound. Weather was fabulous throughout the trip. Only hit a small shower near Port Jarvis.................until we made it home. Last 17 miles, it was dropping buckets. So mother nature was kind enough to wash the stink off of myself. Now watching out the window to see the small tornado that is projected to pass by. BEER30

Charlie , What in tarnation do you mean, "Im a quiet individual from Northern Ontario But when I go to Don's Maintenance Days Someone else comes out of me" ? I don't think anyone is going to buy that story! And by the way, Great seeing you again as well. BEER30

I finally found out the secret of how fast a 1st Gen is..............They leave just a little bit early, then stop for lunch. As the 2nd Gen's show up, they claim they have been there for awhile, then they scarf down their food as fast as they can. Then jump back on them there old relics and hobble as fast as they can to the next eating place and then play the game all over again and again , and again. Now , see how fast them 1st Gens are ? :stickpoke: BEER30

Well ....We didn't make it home, But we made it to Sturbridge, Mass. Going to see the Grand-Daughters in the mourning!:dancefool: Good road and weather all the way here to the Comfort Inn. Only problem we had was when we stopped for lunch , was that Carl and the rest of them Crazy Canooks had stirred up a hornet's nest with the waitress. I thought she was going to put a Knot on Carl's head......she was a tuff one . Tougher than Carl will admit ! But she was Good . Should have had her at the Pizza Hut Friday night. BEER30

FYI, I just completed a small run of Saddle Bag and trunk Liners. I will have 6 sets of 2nd Gen and 1 set of 1st Gen MKI available. I had made 3 sets of the 1st Gen MKI , but 2 have already been spoken for by 2 other VR members. All Liners are Black and made of 1000 Denier Cordura Nylon (Mil Spec)with Heavy Dury #10 zippers, sewn together with 135/138 Bonded nylon threads and Double stitched binding tape on interior edges. I did not have time to complete liners for the 1st Gen MKII due to pattern complications........(I forgot something:think:). The cost is $80.00 per set and will be deliver to MD. Any liners left over will return back to the shop and can be ordered after the 30th when BEER24/7 and return back from our vacation. BEER30

I know how ya feel there Big Tom. Before and especially after I made this post. I've had a few other members call or PM me. They are really concerned more than ever and starting to feel the same way about Mini. I can understand a little because of the Muffinman being gone and all, over in the Sandbox and the Stud-Muffin spoiling her by letting her ride on the back of a 2nd Gen. And with a new P/U truck, she has become more wilder than ever. I know she has something stirring up for Don at MD, but that part she has kept secret from me. Even Stud-Muffin will not loosen the lips either. All I have to say is that everyone really needs to watch there back this MD. Mini has been more strange than ever here lately. So beware, everyone watch your six. BEER30

Those whom want the liners, I might be able to get some more made. Just talking with the Boss, she said it might , just might be doable to get some more liners made before we leave for MD. Of course I have 2 orders to complete first and ship out before anyone else or my head will roll. Now I do have a set for a 2nd Gen avaialble in Black, that I was planning to take to MD. If I remember correctly, I have 3 sets each for the MKI and the MKII cut out and ready to sew up. I might just be able to cut and sew up 6 more sets for the 2nd Gen's if we can squeeze them into the line. Now I'm not making any promises, but to say I will try as hard as we can to make. In our line of business, the troops come first! The cost of the bags will be $80.00 per the 3 piece set, which will include both saddle bags and the trunk liners. That's $5.00 more than last year , but the price of raw goods have gone up. Sorry cannot help that. I will try my hardest to get them made to bring to MD. BEER30

Yeppers Big Tom, Helping others is just Great. I have all my stuff done other than a Carb-Tune. This year being I have all my stuff up to par , I'll be trying to help others if all possible. Mainly trying to keep Mini out of trouble. She's told ya what she has plans for at MD this year, didn't she? What she told me would even will embarrass myself. I don't think she likes to play, pay it forward. BEER30

SUCKER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rasberry: Ok that was a cheap shot. But I got to hand it to you Big Tom, when your GOOD , your GOOD. I really believe they appreciated it!:thumbsup2: BEER30
