At least WI was not the last state to allow it........:stickpoke: If the brats are cooked in beer, just one would be deadly. I'm violently allergic to beer.

Add a pair of terminal blocks under the seat. One for power one for ground. Then you will have a bunch of power points for the future. I actually have 3 term blocks, one ground, one battery power and one switched power with a relay. Gotta get a relay in there somewhere.

Yup, been there done that, burned the t-shirt. That is what the o-rings do. shrink when they get cool and expand when warm. I replace the thermostat cover the plastic elbow from the water pump and all of the orings. No more leaks from around there. Now just the freeze plug leaks:bang head: My wallet seems to only have contraction, I seem to be missing the expansion part......

Police radar can pick up a model airplane that is mostly balsa wood and plywood, covered with plastic film, and not much metal at all, doing 170 mph. A model airplane coming right at you has very little frontal area and NO flat surfaces facing the radar. Local LEOs occasionally stop at our flying field and join in the fun. Radar can also pick up a baseball coming in at around 100mph, just watch a game on TV. But then I do not know if they add something to the ball to help the gun pick it up. Obviously not, or they would/could have neutralized the threat...........

I just need to get some of the radar absorbing paint the the military uses to hide from radar.........

Compared to my GPS the bike speedo reads 9% high at all speeds. I never thought to check the odo. There is a stretch of highway near here with a measured 10 mile section. That is where I always used to check my speedo and odo before GPS was invented. At the 55 speed limit it should take 10 min and 55 seconds to cover the measured 10 miles and the odo should read exactly 10 miles. I'll have to see if the signs are still there.

Me thinks the dealer is smoking sumthin'

You can always go in and make an offer. Worst he can do is say no. I got a nice truck from a dealer that way once, I went in and made an offer on it once a month for 4 months. Every offer was $1000 less than the previous one. They finally accepted my last offer during a blizzard just to get it off the lot it was the ONLY sale of the day during that storm. -
OK I'm in. I sure hope Condor aint in...........

That is why I did not even tell Erika about the real injuries. I am always stiff and sore after playing with the youngsters (18-40 years old). Since there is no cast or anything other than some bruises, she just thinks it my normal old age showing.... She has enough to worry about. Besides, she would insist that I not ride the bike for a while. I did get it out and ride it to work today. I gots to git ready for the trip up nort at the end of the month.

The biggest benefit I get out of my radar detector is that it can display a digital voltmeter to help keep tabs on a weak electrical system.

Another stalling question of a different sort
Flyinfool replied to KevinR's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
Another possibility is the vent on the fuel tank can get plugged by insets crawling up in there and the vacuum in the tank will stop gas flow for a bit. I never heard of it being intermittent but one never knows. -
You need better tools for a 2nd gen cuz they need a lot of work.........

I can assure you there were no cameras to be found anywhere. So Paul Harvey is outta luck.

Does that mean I may need appropriate weaponry?

:sign yeah that: If the bike goes down on the right side the crash bar mounts will deflect far enough to nick that plastic elbow and as soon as the weight is off the bar it springs back to where it belongs so you have no clue that it was being bad. I don't know if boats .net is a good place to order from, I just use their diagrams and then order from Earl......

Well now that you mention it..............

Most hardware stores do not have metric o-rings. You can get pretty close with SAE rings but do you feel lucky? From what I see on the "Radiator Hose" parts diagram it is item 25 p/n 93210-14104-00.
