    Clive You can order the parts from Skydoc_17. He has a kit with new o-ring and a stainless socket head cap screw that is much easier to work with than the stock Phillips head screw. Well it has been 4 years since I posted that and the new o-ring and polishing the bore is still holding.

    A couple of things. 1. Your oil is still overfilled. It should never be more than half way up the sight glass with the bike level. 2. When I tried Amsoil, My bike leaked everywhere, went back to dino and the leaks stopped, some people have had this experience some do not. 3. I'm not sure on the 2nd gens, but on the first gen if the oil is over filled the engine will send oil into the aircleaner where it can get pulled into the engine this might be your smoke.

    First thing is see if it is running on all 4. Start it up cold and see if all 4 exhaust pipes get warm at the same time. These bikes run amazingly well on 3 cylinders. The gas mileage is the first hint that you lost a cylinder. At least you narrow things down if you know which cylinder is the one that is nor running.

    I never mentioned the boss........ Specially when the boss is vacationing here in Wisconsin right in my backyard. You would park it right on the marked hardly spot in the pic.....

    Jasper engines have been around a long time and have a good reputation. Another option is a low mileage used engine. This will be a lot less than the new Jasper. AS mentioned, the car has sat for 2 years. expect many other things to go wrong quickly due to non use. Brakes, power steering, A/C, fuel pump, transmission, tires, and other things are all parts that do not like to sit unused. it is impossible to know if $5500 is a good or bad price on the Saturn with out more info.

    OK I have found a source for a TBL controller that is solid state and will make the brake light work correctly. Square Metal Logic Box, 3 prong. Just 3 wires to hook up, left turn/brake, right turn/brake and the wire to the brake light. I have one of these installed on my truck for the center brake light on the topper and it does work as it should. I do have a call in to the manufacturer to see how many it would take to get a group buy going. At the moment I have a relay version on my trailer, but relays are mechaanical devices and do wear out, contacts fail and are not waterproof. I will be changing this out to the solid state version.

    With many of the multi color sets you can set up the controller to be constantly changing color or pick a steady color. This way you can have any color for show wile parked and then switch to a legal color when riding. From the rear you can only have red showing, from the front only amber or white showing and from the side it must be amber toward the front and red toward the rear. This is one of the things that it does not matter what is legal in your home area, local law applies and some localities (like the one I live in) are real picky about light colors. They have extra cars on the road during harley birthday parties just to keep up with writing tickets for illegal lights.

    I wonder what you could save by using an android APP to eliminate the display and display driver and processor from your board. Most of us have half of that hardware in our pocket already. If I did not already have a carb tune I would have snagged one of your kits. I love techno toys. I can do hardware but my programing ability flat sucks.

    When you right click on the pic you want to paste, if you select "Copy Image" then it will paste the pic, if you select "Copy Image Location" you will paste just a link.
