Starting day 7......Still purring like a Venture with a sticky carb slide, Skips a beat or tosses in an extra beat once in a while but is running smooth for the most part. It sure is nice to be able once again to run up the steps to the 4th floor at work (22 steps per floor) and my heart rate only goes up to 53. When I am running on 2 cylinders I have to stop and rest on the way up and my heart rate is mid 90s. I never had to do the Holter but I did have to get my own ECG machine to check things periodically during the day and then it sends the strips to the heart doc. He lets me know if I am good, if I should make an appointment to see him in the next few days, drive myself to the ER, call 911, or call the coroner. My heart issue was so obvious that the Holter was not needed to try to catch it in the act. I was always screwed up 100% of the time. I sure hope they can find and fix your issues, One thing I have learned over the last 4 months is that cardiologists move pretty slow if it is not an emergency. Who knows, we might just be related. You sure do seem to like to follow my lead. I sure hope to get to meet up with you this summer at either Dons MD or the WI MD or????? I still plan to hit both even if I have to cage it due to all this heart crap. I sure was sizing up that nice strong heart that I pulled out of that buck last fall.........

Well we are on a roll now. Last Saturday the lazy half of my heart restarted so I am on 6 days and counting now.:dancefool: This is the longest stretch of running on all 4 chambers since September when this all started. Since Sept there was a one day run, and a 4 day run and now this run. Hoping it will just stay running this time.

Another purdy picture. I can take no responsibility for that bullet hole in the screen either. All we know about the cold is that it is someone up in Canada that keeps leaving the back door open and letting all of the cold air fall out to the south. We are not sure who it is yet. But we are narrowing it down. If we can get those Canadians to keep the everlovin door shut it would stay a lot warmer around here.

The cold ain't my fault, its those silly Canadians that were born in a barn and keep leaving the back door open. If they would leave that door closed it would be much nicer around here. When I went up to the U.P. for deer hunting it was sub zero temps already, I shut the door and blocked it up best I could and it stayed warm all thru December. BUT they must have finally dug out the door and left it open AGAIN. Its all the fault of those Canadians I tell ya EH!

Now those are some purdy pictures..... Gee Puc, that snow blower of yours looks almost as old as you do.......... I must have to do more calibrating, that looks to be only about 6 inches there........ Maybe try again tomorrow......

Start at the very beginning, it is a very good place to start....... Get your volt meter ready. connect the black lead to battery negative. Prepare the red lead with a very sharp point or attach a pin or needle. All readings should be very close to your 12.6V that you have at the battery. Use the pin or needle to poke thru the wire insulation to check voltages. At the dimmer switch there are 3 wires, the green is the low beam. Check power. Follow that wire to a 3 pin connector, the green on both sides of that connector should be 12 V. follow to the CPU, check voltage at the CPU green wire. Coming out of the CPU it is now the green/red wire, 12v. at CPU. Check the green/red wire at the headlight bulb for 12v Check the green/red wire at both sides of the RLU connector for 12v. This should keep you occupied for a while and very likely narrow down the issue.

Why from Carbon One of course.......... Go to the Classifieds tab at the top of the screen. Then to Member Vendors > Carbon One > Carbon One Crash Bar Braces http://www.venturerider.org/forum/photopost/showproduct.php?product=12&title=carbon-one-crash-bar-braces&cat=15
