Those valves you have are pretty coarse for the adjustment you need. The restrictions have just a large pin hole. Those ball valves do not really adjust that small. You may do better with the aquarium valves since they are more like a needle valve and will give a much finer adjustment. Or you could make some restrictions using a piece of brass tubing, about an inch long, fill it with solder, drill a small hole thru the solder plug. Start real small and if the gauge response is to slow open it up a few thousandths at a time till you like how it works.

This one might survive, since the link was brought up in the discussion as opposed to a dedicated thread for a classified???? Its borderline within the rules. But then what do I know?

Actually its on the front, with a power switch labeled anchor.......

Check the T&P valve and the drain, they can leak to, and the water will drip off the bottom. Is a B.O.A.T. hot water heater the same thing as for RV?

Attempting New Clutch Replacement
Flyinfool replied to Midicat's topic in Venture and Venture Royale Tech Talk ('83 - '93)
I found a similar issue when I got my clutch to stop slipping, a sudden drop in gas mileage....... -

It depends on how the boat is wired. Is the starting battery wired to only provide power to critical running circuits and the other battery is wired for all of the stuff that can not leave you stranded? Or are they wired in parallel with the manual switch to select one battery to use and when it gets run down you switch to the other one? Since this new battery is bigger than the old, does this new battery that you bought have the rated CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) of the old one or that the boat needs for reliable starting?

More like this thread is worthless without an invite....... There are a bunch of great pizza places up in this area too. Milwaukee is well known for its good food. Proof is that Milwaukee has a very high percentage of overweight people. Never trust a skinny chef or a skinny food critic .....

Was there a fuse in the circuit? Most likely a wire got pinched in the steering so that when you turned it on it was a dead short. BUT if there was a fuse inline and near the battery, like there should always be, it should not have melted anything.

Well since the 1st gens are better, bigger, faster than a 2nd gen, what would that make a 2nd gen......? Looser Edition?

We need a little more description as what you mean by dead. Do you mean ite will not crank? Will crank but not start? Will start but dies? Will start and run but dies out on the road? Will run but has no power? All different directions to look. The better the description you can give us the better our answers.

I used these on my bike, Matching the LED color to the lens color. https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/s-series-bulbs/1157-led-bulb-dual-intensity-45-smd-led-tower-/814/ These are significantly brighter than the stock incandescent, are no bigger than the glass bulb, and a bit less spendy. I am very happy with mine. They also have this in a 1156 for the turn signals.

I always thought that ALL crashes occurred at the moment that you run out of airspeed altitude and ideas all at the same time.

[h=3]Bad Combinations [/h] Many of us "Old Folks" (those over 60, WAY over 60, or hovering near 60) are quite confused about how we should present ourselves. We're unsure about the kind of image we are projecting and whether or not we are correct as we try to conform to current fashions. Despite what you may have seen on the streets, or in Walmart, the following combinations DO NOT go together and should be avoided: 1. A nose ring and bifocals 2. Spiked hair and bald spots 3. A pierced tongue and dentures 4. Miniskirts and support hose 5. Ankle bracelets and corn pads 6. Speedo's and cellulite 7. A belly button ring and a gall bladder surgery scar 8. Unbuttoned disco shirts and a heart monitor 9. Midriff shirts and a midriff bulge 10. Bikinis and liver spots 11. Short shorts and varicose veins 12. Inline skates and a walker And last, but not least . . my personal favorite: 13. Thongs and Depends. Please keep these basic guidelines foremost in your mind when you shop.
