After the last couple weeks of touring I finally decided to ride up to ikea and get myself a sheepskin seat cover. Highlands, NJ to Gorham, NH 9/3/16 Gorham, NH to Highlands, NJ 9/4/16 Highlands, NJ to Wildwood, NJ for "Roar to the Shore Bike Rally" 9/11/16 Finally a ride along the Deleware water gap on PA 611 and back home 9/14/16 Well after many hours and just about 1,500 miles I bought this today from Ikea 9/15/16

I've learned to resize all my photos before even attempting to upload them. But I agree, pictures are the best part.

OMG I'm stuck in a situation where I can get a 2010 with 24k for a great price. Problem is I can't have both the Midnight Venture and the FJR. Two things can happen, 1 I can sell the Midnight Venture or 2 someone can let me keep it at there house so the wife doesn't know I still have it LOL.

Looking forward to a maintenance day in the future where someone could bring there's down and walk me thru it.

I have a hero 2, hero 3+ silver, and the newer entry level hero and my go to is the lesser priced entry level hero. Everytime I use them I wish I had the screen built in because using my phone is just one more step to capture video. As for the 4K editing and storage is a big thing to consider as well as if you plan to upload them they may be downgraded anyway. For 40% off I would grab the GoPro. Look forward to seeing some footage as long as your not teasing us with all that chrome and custom leather work

Looks great! My next project is a hitch with a rack and then a trailer later on.

The addition of a horizontal blue line would be a nice touch.

I put a fabulous set of 3ft flexible fiberglass whips on mine and love them. Search the forums and you should find plenty of info on how to switch them out for $50-$80 dollars.

very interested in what the floorboard mounted highway peg setup was. Been thinking about this for my venture for some time now.

When I started looking into the Royal Star line up and decided that touring is my passion I purchased the Venture. Then with the idea of going on great adventures with the wife and my bike, the NJ based theme park named Great Adventure, we settled on Great adVENTURE. A perfect blend of our area, what we are set out doing, and the motorcycle we have.

Breakfast always taste better when you travel for it.
