You guys need to let us know when you'll be down here and where you're gonna be. We could probably show up depending on what day it is. You might end up with some help. There's a nice size group in this area. Might make the moving in faster, then there's always a DQ run at least if not food and a DQ run. Margaret

I'm hoping to have all the info on hotels and camping ready before thanksgiving. Part of the reason I decided to get the date set now. At least you all can get the days off. The only thing I have to figure out now is what to name this thing. I thought the Asheville VR family rally. What do you folks think? Thought it kinda fits us. Margaret

I didn't want to wait too long I know lots of folks need to get their dates in for vacations by the beginning of the year. So here it goes: August 6 thru 10th of 2008 will be the date for the Asheville event. That was the date that got the most votes and a few said either was good. I have heard from some that they'd like to go to the Biltmore house I know they have group rates, but you have to call. So this week I'll call and find out what that would be. I know one of our members was involved with a car group that went so I may tap him for help on this. I'm figuring maybe that friday would be the best day for this. I know with all the events it's hard to choose, at least this way you have advanced knowledge on when this will be. I'll post with any other details as time goes on. I'm going to ask the advice of others who have organized events like this. This is the first time I'll be organizing something so big, just hope I can give you all a good time. Sorry to hear about Eileen's mom. You all will have our prayers. Sorry about your weather too. It went down to 58 here last night. Our temps go up and down in the fall anyway, so we're not too worried. Of course around here you can ride pretty much all year anyway. Hope the weather warms up for you. Margaret

OK Guys to get the wife to stop complaining you need to sign them up. Then they'll be on here as much as you are. See simple solution. Ok you may need to have two computers (if you don't already have two). Wireless is good too. Then you can check in anywhere in the house or yard. Margaret

If you're asking which one it is, it's the black plastic one. The rest are all metal. The numbers on the top of the harness we got from Freebird are 25 can't read the last number. There's two red and white wires one blue and white one blue and black. If you need one get in touch with us you can PM myself or hubby muffinman. Margaret -
Asheville isn't in a dry county. Haven't even gotten in touch with the KOA yet. They do have another one KOA West. Never stayed there, guess it's about the same. Margaret
