You may want to take a safety course as well. It'll give you some of the confidence you need as well as practicing and the video. Margaret

Needed a battery for one plus a few other things besides getting a tag for it. Besides he wasn't gonna be allowed to leave me behind while he rode off. Margaret

NO absolutely no parts off this bike. Jeff's gonna trike this baby for me. Since I'm so darn long legged :rotf:I need a trike to ride cause I can't reach the ground on much else. The only bike I've been on that I can reach the ground and actually flat foot is a rebel 250. Margaret

Yesterday morning we left real early to head up to Jrichards and Patricia's to pick up a '92 Venture. On the way back we met up with riderduke and his wife, daughter, and sister-in-law. Got home somewhere around 12:30 or 1:00 am this morning. We ran into one of those lovely slow downs on I95 for no apparent reason then someone somewhere hit their brakes, that took us till 9pm to get off of. Finally got passed that and tried making up some time on 295. Unfortunately couldn't make up any time on 460 way too many cops out on that stretch. Got to NC going thru suffolk and found fog. But we finally got home. Saw some of them nice furry four legged critters, don't like them in the fog. Anyway here's a pic of the new addition to the muffin house. Margaret

I never shop on friday after thanksgiving. I actually try to shop on-line now so I don't have to deal with the crowds. Or I go late in the evening when hopefully most folks are home. Margaret

I don't think you have to worry about the no start problem. 1rooster just needs some work done on it since it sat for a while. Margaret

We have a torpedo heater we use out in the shed (actually it's three sheds put together) and leave the door open. It heats it up real nice in there even with the door open. Jeff uses that in the cold weather when he's working on stuff. Oh we have autozone out here too. Margaret
