I like the way the pics come up when you click the attachments. I noticed the post count back up too, and our flags are gone. I'm sure that will all be taken care of eventually. Just glad the site is still here. Margaret

Well it's so nice that everyone is having so much fun with counting around here. I'm not discounting you Spear sweetie. I would never do such a thing. So in case you all are interested we are at 248 to go till 5000. It's amazing how many people have been signing up everyday. So Dan will retire and start counting members and take along the ambassador. Gotta have a welcome wagon with you. Margaret

A few of us have been continuing the thread on the countdown to 4000. We hit that number Jan. 9th at about 10:45pm. Now we're up to May 2nd and we're getting close to the 5000 mark. We're counting down from 257 at the moment. Please no arguments about the number and whether folks get on here or not. I just think it's great that we've had this many folks sign up. I know not all of them are riding a Venture, but that doesn't matter. I'm betting at the rate we're going it's gonna hit 5000 before Don's maintenance day. That's June. So if you like having fun come and count down with us. Either there or here. Unless someone complains. Then I'm sorry. Margaret

I got a reply from Mr. Bonk. This is the reply I got: I am working on this issue, and will make some arrangement with Mr. Yeske. We CVTC do not make determinations on whether someone is handicapped or not. The person's physician and the Wisconsin Department or Transportation make that determination. My office did speak with the DOT and they stated that Mr. Yeske's use of Disability Identification card is not valid for motorcycles and mopeds. Having said this I will be willing to work with the individual to arrange parking for him. Hope it works out Margaret

This is actually a better reason for a chat party then we normally use. Hope folks can turn out. I know it's gonna be late for us on the east coast. Who knows maybe we can get more of the west coast folks showing up. Margaret

We'll be getting together tonight in chat to remember one of our members. We'll be celebrating with his wife Sherry. It's been one year since our family member Tom left us for a better place. Some of our newer members aren't familiar with this but it was a terrible accident that took Tom away from his family and the world. Sherry will be coming into chat tonight after dark California time. So whether you were here and knew Tom or not, come into chat to join in a fun time. Margaret
