lots of times with that error you can run chkdsk /r at the command prompt and it will fix the problem. You would need to borrow a windows disk to get to the repair screen. I have done this many times and most of the time it works fine. BUT it usually means the drive is on it's way out so once it is running back up your stuff.. Wayne

I have a friend that lives in town here that is in the Guiness Record book for passing Kidney Stones. http://www.thespec.com/News/Local/article/424574 It is a major nightmare and I don't think I can even imagine going through this... He has passed hundreds per year since the late 80s... Worst day was 22... Wayne

Yep yep yep..... precipitation is a bigger factor than temperature. I guess I have to agree with Freebird. It never stops raining around here lately. I stop riding when the snow shows up. On the other hand my navigator stops a little sooner. She feels the cold more than I do. Wayne

I have those passenger floor boards on mine. The navigator really likes them. BongoBob helped me with the hangers for the exhaust. Just a piece of aluminum bent in a vise and two holes drilled. I got chrome socket head screws from the stealer to bolt them on and it looks great. I put a lot of miles on it and eventually one of the aluminum brackets broke so I remade them using stainless steel. Wayne -

We got a couple of these the last time around.. Love them. One handed operation, spill proof and keep drinks hot or cold a long time. I use the ram mount drink holders and tore the bottom out of the foam wrap around to make the container sit in the holder deeper and works perfect. I'd highly recommend anyone that doesn't have one to get one. Wayne

Sorry to hear that Brad.. Too bad you couldn't catch us. By 1:00 we were in Niagara on the Lake.. We had been in Ft Erie around noon or 11:45... Then we went along th e river and through Niagara Falls and stopped at the Whirlpool and on to NOL. After lunch we headed to Port Dalousie and then Effingham Road etc... Would have been nice to hook up. The "Golf Course" was at the Mouth of the Niagara River. You could see river and the American fort. Lots of sailboats on the water.. Beautiful. Next time.. Wayne

Just got back from a GREAT ride. Weather co-operated, Roads were excellent, Scenery Terrific, Food was fabulous and best of all the People were AWSOME!!! Don't get any better than this... Thanks everyone for coming out... We didn't have our camera with us but maybe Steve (The Count) can post a couple for us... Wayne

Boberoonie: We will be passing right by the peace bridge but nailing down the time is difficult. If I had to guess I'd say somewhere between noon and one. There is a Tim Horton's on #3 Hwy in Fort Erie just before the end where you would turn to go to the bridge. That is where we could meet. It would be AWSOME to see you... Wayne
