    I can not

I'll have to write that one down. :rotfl: I always used to shake their hand, look at my daughter and ask: should I kick his a** now or later? Never had a problem!
  2. Sorry to hear of his passing Ben, there is solace in the fact that you were able to be with him as he passed, surrounded by his loved ones. He is now at peace and you will be one of these days also. Dan
  3. Wonder if they're going out of business?
  4. 10 minutes huh, only if you keep yourself from watching the other videos!
  5. I think I would be leery of buying anything from ASBESTOS, BC! Might need some special clothing to ride it!
  6. Unfortunately there is no clear guidance on this. When my dads carotid artery blew out on him in 95, he was fortunate enough to survive, but went into a non-reversible coma just after we saw him (we had just gotten to the hospital 10 hrs after it happened). They kept him on life support for a few days, but with no hope of recovery we boys were faced with the ultimate question. What it boiled down to for us was what was his quality of life now, what was it expected to be and were we being realistic in our hopes and dreams for his recovery. We just couldn't get over the fact that he was now a prisoner in his own body with no way of ever communicating with us again in this world. We eventually decided to let nature take it's course and both my wife and I were there when he passed. It was a hard but a necessary decision. I know that doesn't correlate to your situation, but in some small way I hope it helps. The biggest thing is to keep the discussion just amongst the immediate family members, no wives, girlfriends, etc. to muddy up the conversation. May I also say I know how you feel, there is nothing as bad as to determine the fate of another. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of need for you and your family. Dan
  7. Rose and I were over there in 96, Waikiki Beach is OK in the winter, everyones up north at North shore for the big waves. Check out the Bhuddist Temple and cemetery along the north side, of course Pearl Harbor. There was also a submarine that you could walk on which is right by the football stadium. Like it was said before, we enjoyed the other islands a bit better, Maui was sensational if you wanted to rent a bike for the day. I suggest riding over to Hana on the east side, but watch out for the curves! Have fun and Rose and I are EXTREMELY JEALOUS!
  8. Heat on the joints would only work if produced by acetyline/oxygen mix, I have tried even Mapp gas, it takes too long for the heat to work that way and it just heats the whole joint instead of just the outer skin. Oh the joys, I don't envy youse two. But I bet Carl is getting some BIG grins out of it.
  9. At least you know the ropes this time, hopefully you and Squeeze can grab a Pepsi together while you're going thru Rammstein. Oh, on the way back for MD, just grab the big galoot on your way thru Germany and bring him to MD with ya! Then you can just drop him off on the return!
  10. Wouldn't that shake up the brew just a bit?
  11. I see the Monkey Man has some companionship............. Did it take Cheesecake to get that going????
  12. Now Dan, you haven't been off that couch in 2 months, WHAT are you thinkin'???????:bang head:
  13. When is the last time the oil was changed and what type was he running in there? That could contribute to some low top end oil pressures if it was old and thin one might think.
  14. Got nothing to do today, eh Jeff?!
  15. What, 6 hours and STILL no picture? Didn't happen then........
  16. I still have my french horn and trombone, they haven't seen the light of day in many a year. Played in Junior High and High School, jazz band, stage band and our own little group (ala Ohio Players). Had a boat load of fun.
  17. In other words, if I am reading this right, If somebody comes into my home, uninvited, then they can deal with whatever the consequences are. You really couldn't put it any better!
  18. Cool! Thanks for the info.
