Thanks yall for the help. We named her this morning. "LittleBit of Nothin'", LittleBit for short. She was around all my family today and they all fell in love with her. But she isn't even a 1/2 lb yet and won't be but 4 or 5 lbs. so LittleBit really seems to fit. Thanks again for the input.

need some help with a name for the Christmas baby. She is 6 week old and Redneck won't quit calling her "wombat". Photo 1 is a wombat, Photo 2 is my baby girl. Middle son thought of Holley. Any ideas?

Well, for you guys going on about what nothin' is, here is what Redneck surprised me with this morning. Can't think of a name....maybe I'll name her "Nothin'" The other dog is Scooby my Jack Russel Terrorist. The new baby is sooooo tiny.

My grandpa lives in Bentonville and drove for WalMart since they got out of that 5 and dime store. He had stock and he tried to convince my dad in to buying stock. My dad way back then didn't think Sam Walton would make it work so he didn't. Now my dad is kicking himself in the butt and he hates it when his dad brings it up. Pop retired from driving for them several years ago...but he has a goooood nest egg. Glad ol Sam lived long enough to see that his idea was RIGHT ON. Now people can grocery shop, Christmas shop, get just about anything they need at a low price and not have to go to all the specilty stores.

Hey Dale, we are praying for yall. BTW... 37.8c is 100.04f, so her fever has came down. Hope and pray they find what is wrong. Keep us informed and tell her we are thinking of yall. No family should have to deal with this much so close together or ever. You all stay strong.

Letting off some steam here...sorry. What good is having a blue book value for trade in if a dealer won't use it? Instead they use some auction thingy. Kelly blue book rates my 07 Chevy Equinox for $16,000, I went to try to trade for a 08 Wrangler and at first they only offered 11,000. I told them no, KBB say's its worth 16 and they left for another 15 minutes. Came back and said the very most they could give me was 12,000. They showed me what they use, a sheet showing what they can buy my car at a dealer auction for. They said 11 was high and he went above his boss and offered the 12. This is total bull. I am a cash paying customer, no financing, I was there most of the day on Sat. and there from 1:30 to 4:00 today and these JERKS have the nerve to try and sell me this Jeep for sticker price and offer me below Blue book trade in value on my one year old car. Sorry for ranting but I am just soooo peeved at the situation. :mad:

I don't understand the problem, if someone's connection is slow, it is most likely their internet service being slow. When my kid is playing his W.O.W. game, it takes up a lot and if we are on at the same time, of course it will be slow. Sometimes it's just Mike on or just me and it's slow, but it's with all sites. It's not this site as far as I can tell. You take the test and it tests your system to your ISP's (internet service provider) server, at least thats what I understand. As far as I can tell, if it is slow here, (on my computer) all other sites are just as slow. It all depends on how much activity is on that ISP server at the time. Hughes Net is VERY busy during 6pm-10pm, (and SLOW), then it gets much faster. People get off work and log on, bogging down the server. I may be wrong, but it is just my guess that it's not this site. Thanks Don for all you do.

I was wanting to learn a new language, Spanish, and saw TV bits about RosettaStone and wondered if anyone has tried it. When I went to the site, I want to learn Spanish. I went to their site and you have to tell them either Latin America or Spain. Here.... (Texas) they speak Tex-Mex. Son told me the Latin one was closer than the Spain. Any input????:confused24:
