I wouldn't say that. New spark plugs in my dad's Buick helped his gas mileage. Of course the old ones had over 200,000 miles on them.
  4. Here's an automatic kit for lowering your motorcycle. http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4&products_id=11 The kit is enough for 1 car, 2 motorcycles, or 4 motorcycle front ends so you might be able to spread the cost around and save a few dollars.
  5. For a 53 year old woman, she can still move. For what it is worth...Madonna and I share birthdays.
  6. It's going to hurt. A lot.. very painful...
  7. You can find about any cable you want on ebay and for pennies compared to any retail store. Here's a VGA to S-video and RCA for under $7 shipped. http://www.ebay.com/itm/VGA-S-Video-3-RCA-Composite-AV-TV-Out-Converter-Adapter-Cable-PC-Laptop-/310353922484?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item48428909b4
  8. Quit making you payments and save them in a new account and in 6 months, you could probably settle it for 10 cents on the dollar in a lump sum.
  9. Im offended that people are offended by this offending thread!!
  10. Your bike already sits lower than a RSV. If you lowered it anymore, you probably wouldn't be able to turn the bike at speed.
  11. well, I just cleared my cookies and surfed for 10 minutes. I did not go to Facebook and I have 2 facebook cookies. I also now have 5 Twitter cookies in that same amount of time. Should I be worried about twitter since it's putting cookies on my computer? VR.org put 7 cookies on my computer.
  12. You claim your computer is old, but it's newer than my desktop and my laptop. Unless you're doing some serious gaming or other heavy usage, your computer should be fine for web surfing and most games. Your best bet would be to put a video card in it and then the other 2 gig of memory.
  13. Is it working yet? huh? well? is it?
  14. You're braver than me buying RAM with no specs listed. Different types of RAM will fit, but some are much slower than others. There's nothing saying what kind of RAM it is, just that "it fits".
  15. Right off Dell's site for you puter. http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim5150/en/sm/parta126.jpg
  16. Do you have a link to your ebay auction so we can see what memory you bought?

  18. you need to learn to stay off those porno sites.
  19. I rip some right off of youtube. I have an extension for Chrome that allows me to download the video and audio, or just the audio.
  20. This made me think. A regular motorcycle jack with a motorcycle chock secured to it. Drive the motorcycle into the chock, chock holds the motorcycle up, raise the front of the motorcycle with the jack.
  21. I picked mine up off the ground with the passenger grab handles.
  22. do you have exposed rafters in your garage? A come-along and some straps would pick the front end up, or an engine hoist?
  23. Im all for it. The deer population is too high in most parts of Kentucky. I know Texas just recently passed crossbow hunting. Crossbow would be an excellent way to get more folks into archery hunting.

  25. If you have a tractor with a PTO on it, you could just buy a PTO driven generator head and run it off your tractor for much less than a standard generator. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/category_generators+pto-generators I also agree that 20kw is probably overkill. You could probably call your electric company, have them look at the last 12 months worth of bills and they could recommend what you would need, or maybe talk to a local retailer/installer and get their advice. I would think that a 8kw generator would be more than sufficient for more folks unless you believe you'll need to run every electrical item in the house at once. http://www.generatorjoe.net/html/AboutGenerators.html
