I just bought a set of these Avon grips with the throttle boss built in. http://www.ebay.com/itm/AVON-Metric-Cruiser-Air-Cushion-Chrome-Grips-1-Bars-Throttle-Assist-/130810307000?hash=item1e74e6e1b8&item=130810307000&pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr I had a set of thses grips on the 05 RSV but not the throttle boss version. I missed having that after switching from a set of Kuryakyn grips with the boss . Larry

Nice bike. You'll really enjoy riding it. Larry

Red x in the box? No pic showing anyhow. Larry

Wishing Paul good luck and the Docs as well. Hope all comes out well for them. Larry

Good to see you're in good spirits. From another rider who has gone down this year broken bones sure aren't fun, especialy those ribs, I hope yours heal well and as quickly as possible with no further problems. Larry

Headlight adjustment off maybe?

I'd say that's a safe bet that's the problem. Larry -
Yea that'll keep their streak still going. Only 9 years in a row now they've lost on Thanksgiving day. They sure have managed to find aways to lose these last few games after having the lead going into 4th quarters. Larry
-
Wishing a Happy Thanksgiving to all here at VR. May we be thankfull in good times and bad that we know we have support from one another here year round. Larry
-
I'll agree with everyone else who have posted so far. Keep uas in the loop and we'll get it done. Hope you heal up as quickly as possible and a full one at that. Larry
-
I'll 2nd that. Its good to see more trikers here regardless of the machine they ride. Larry
-
Yep Jonesy putting those two pics side by side shows the differences a lot more than a casual glance. Your body also comes down further in front of the wheel thus covering more of the framework. Your body style was the same as mine was. Looking at TriWings home page they show two body styles. A DX Crusier and a DX Sportster I believe the bike being shown here by Bob to be the Cruiser style while we have/had the Sporster version. Make sense? Larry
-
Fender height is determined by how much air is in the air bags so it'll vary there. It does look like the body is mounted coser to the trunk. Frame looks right to me thou. 5 lug axles were an extra option with 4 lugs being standard Larry

Thanks for that info Larry
-
Any other sources to see this? I'm on cable but don't have access to Netflex. Larry
-
Yep that's what it is alright. There's a few members here who either currently have a Tri-Wing conversion or have had one. I'm in that last group. They are a solid trike and much better IMHO than the 4 wheel types out there. I put over 35 k on the one I owned over a 4 1/2 - 5 year streach. Larry
-
I think I recall them selling in the $25k range. $20 K + for sure. Larry
-
So what's up Carl, no more retirement now? Starting another career? Larry
-
I like the way you think pmelah.:rotf: Larry

I commend you for the work you do with these big cats. I've been to Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge a couple of times when in the area and know that the staff does a great job of careing for these animals. Keep up the good work. Larry
-
I'd rather not. Sure going to miss them thou, especially if no one buys up the products to make again. Larry

Haven't found one yet. Still looking though. Until then I'll run a rear tire up front. Larry

"You still have a good shot at another 30 years as long as you stay away from the student drivers ." In 30 years I'll be lucky enough to be able to throw a leg over the saddle. Tough enough now at times ya know. But just the same hope to get another 20 years for sure. First n Last Don't know if this is still available http://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2000-Motor-Trike-Royal-Star-Venture-104348908 but you could possibly save some $$$ by purchasing it and selling the bike you now have. Only problem is getting an older machine than you now have. with whatever desision you choose Larry

Which is what I'm going to be doing but still it's an expensive project. I'm not getting any younger and still want to ride so keeping it on 3 wheels allow me that freedom. Larry

Right wrench. I still go over that way now and then. Hard to give up old friends ya know. Rarely post much of anything but read to see what's what going on. Larry
