  1. Does it ever end?? Nope. The order is in thou. Love the key so this will match up well. Larry
  2. Happy Birthday Cindy
  3. Yep I think it was about $30-50 extra for the add ons ( $10k?) I did as well. Well worth it. Larry
  4. I had had Progressive from 05 to last summer when I switched to Allstate. The 1st two years were as a two wheeler. Because the bike is still a motorcycle nothing changed there. I did add on extra accessory insureance to cover the costs of the trike portion. Allstate does the same thing by just adding a rider to the main policy to cover the added value of the trike. Larry BTW: I saved over $300 making the switch so it pays to shop around. It also helped that all of my vechicals and house was insured with them as well.
  5. Well said Brad and as noted you have spoken well for many of us here at VR. With the Lord's blessings we'll all have a safe & happy new year as well. Larry
  6. Merry Christmas and the happiest New Year it can be. I dare say that there's as many of us Stateside looking forward to meeting you folks as you are us this coming year. Peace and God Bless to you, Alan, & family. Larry

  8. Welcome to the site Cap'n. Can't remember if we meet yet or not but no matter, we'll see ya at the M&E next month. Larry
  9. Sounds like a nice trip Ken. Many years ago my brother and I did the loop around Lake Huron and back down to s.e. Mi. Fo me going thru Canada, Upper Michigan, and the norther lower Michigan was the best riding. It was a shorter trip than what you're planing (3 days). Considering that you will be traveling further and even with an extra day to do it, you may be pushing your time frame a bit to get all done and still take in extra "must see " stops. Just alow extra time for any unforseen situations and enjoy the trip. Larry PS: I'm just 25 miles west of Windsor so let me know when your in the area. I may even ride with you a ways if you don't mind.
  10. If I recall Yammer was suppossed to building a garage last summer. Must of been slacking to much. Larry
  11. good deal Don. Definitely get that front end raked out. Makes a world of difference in ease of steering. It's pricey option but worth it IMHO. Larry PS: Looking forward to seeing ya again sometime next year at one of the Md's, M&E, or International Rally
  12. Nice find. Knowing what it costs to convert to a trike that's a good deal in itself. But it never hurts to ask for a better deal. The most they can say is "no deal". I don't think Motor Trike is currently offering kits or conversions for the RSV's, at least their not advertising it. Good luck, Larry
  13. Yep and that's where we'll be staying again as well. Besides it was a nice short ride to the Quaker Steak & Lube friday eveing. Larry
  14. This is a good site for info as well ---- http://forums.delphiforums.com/MCTrailertowing/? Larry
  15. Hannigan trikes use the swing arms but remove the shock and install a stationary support in it's place. From then on the swing arm no longer moves as it's a rigid part of the frame now. On Tri-Wing kits they still utilize the swingarm and shock along with a set of Air-Lift air bags. Larry
  16. Prayers still being said in his name as well as the rest of our family here in need Larry
  17. Happy Birthday lonna. Wishing you many more. Larry
  18. Good Luck and heal fast once the Doc's are done. And do what they tell ya too. Larry
  19. Well Annie I'm guessing a bit of both just like Mini says. Maybe best to ask Quickstep his opinion? Then again maybe we better not. No hand basket taking her there. One nice trike ride. Beautiful fall ride there and back. Larry
  20. Well I've had many good intentions of showing off Michigan to Ms Annie bear but life seemed to have other plans for me. Between uncooperative weather and my daily trips into the city for hyperbaric oxygen therapy I couldn't get very far from home. She just missed going with us to the WNY rally thou which would of been nice. I can say for sure she's been to Hell and back thou. Hell, Michigan that is Here's a couple pics. It's time she saw some other parts of the country so who wants to take her tripping. I'm thinking a warm weather are where Ms Annie can get out and ride till our winter season is over then come back to the northern states again. Any takers let me know. Larry
  21. Nice bike Jason got Don. Hope next summer he'll have some time to ride with us. Larry
  22. Don't think you could keep those antiques running another 20 years Larry
  23. Looking forward to seeing what you end up with. Never too many choices in my book. Of course I already have mine triked but it's great to see other companies offering them. Larry
