Also have a RSTD. Can you determine any difference in handling with the smaller front tire?

We have Green Acres not far from here. Been through Frankenstein down in southern Mo.

Glad it wasn't worse. Been reluctant to go with a wheel lock for that very reason. Hey, it's just another day.

Congrats on the purchase. Picked up my first Royal Star (RSTD) a few weeks ago. These things are definitely flying under the radar, the V4 motor is a jewel. Wouldn't bank on that last purchase pledge. At 65, the last four have been my last bike. Ride safe.

A mere 235,000, demand a refund! New to the RSTD but have owned a Vee 1000 for the past 6yrs. Excellent daily rider, major fun on the back-road twisties but isn't at it's best as a long distance tourer. Comfortable riding position; a little over 500lbs but carries the weight much higher than RSTD (no experience with the Venture). Wind turbulence is a common complaint. If you are partial to a V4 Honda just brought out the CTX 1300.

No major changes in years. Picked up a 2007 RSTD with 10,000 miles on it a few weeks ago. Don't see the point in buying new with so many low mileage rides available. Just my $02.

Picked an 07 RSTD up last week. Did find the OEM seat a little uncomfortable after an hour or so but wasn't being pushed forward. Added a gel pad/ synthetic cover I had from a prior ride which seems to work well. Wondering if the "forward push" can be tied to the air suspension adjustments? Good luck in solving your problem.
