I have a 96 RS that had a hole in the piston and was able to come across an engine out of a '99 RSV. I was told that this engine would fit with no problems. The more I look into this, I am seeing some differences. Carbs for one and possibly some wiring differences. Is there an engine swap thread? I used the search function but could not find what I was looking for. Any help is greatly appreciated.
