    Going to change my tires today... I purchased the Balancer from Marc Parnes, and looks like a fine tool...I have a Bike jack, and whole bunch of tools, Now to take the bike apart and get it all back together again.... wife thinks it will end up on the trailer getting hauled to the Stealer.... I may need to get with ya`ll if I run into problems....wish me luck, and any pointers for this would be appreciated.... Thanks, Kreg

    Thanks for the input... I have never had to buy tires before so, other then one that I had the dealer change out on my Shadow, so i`m not real sure about what i am doing... What are the letters after the size on a tire ( HB ) or ( VB ) ????

    That could be a Scare Tactic.... he didn`t say... only that he will not mount them if they are..

    Ok, I got prices from the SWMoto site...... then called the Stealer.... they ( Stealer) are wanting $147.95 front and $ 217.95 rear... SWmoto is wanting $124.95 front and $ 129.95 rear.... big difference there... any way, the stealer stated that if I get tires of line to be carfull that they are not 2nds... as he will not mount them.... Is there any chance of getting 2nds from SWmoto ????? and also was I looking at the correct prices on there web site?? Thanks for any help.. K

    Any body know where to get rack mount flag poles that do not cost an arm and a leg??? J&P wants $89.00 Thats alot of $$$ for what you get.. I just Joined the Patriot Guard, and really need some way to mount some flags..

    Thanks alot !!! the stock tires only have 5k on them, but they are on a `01 so probably really need to change them out.. Thanks again!!

    I know this is probably posted in here some place, but any way... I have a 01 RSV and am about to put new Venums on it, question is, I have seen different tires... some have an "X" after them some have an "R" what tire do I need to replace the factory Brickstones????? Thanks:confused24:

    I am thinking s also, I am going to remove the rear seat and sissy bar, then would like to add the bags, think it would look awsome.... just hope the white of the bags match up pretty close to the pearl white of my honda.... I will be thinking about getting these... Thanks

    I have a 01 RSV that just turned 4k miles and it is real noisy..... was the basket a recall or am I going to have to come off of some Big bucks to have this changed??

    I have not tried that, but sounds good... I HD freind of mine uses a cap full of " Jet-Dry " in with his wash water, says it works great.... I will try both !!

    Folks, first off, sorry for no picks, I should have them up in a few days. I bought a 12in x 11in sheet of "Fun Foam" in the craft Dept of Wally World, it has a peel and stick backing on it and can be cut with scissors to fit what you want. it is only about 1/8 in thick and think it is going to do the job.... I will post pics in a few days, waiting for my Dish Network hook up, as I am on dial up right now, and won`t live long enough to up-load pics...

    There I was , me a buddy had pulled into this little Texas town to get a cold drink... when we came out to leave, there where a few locals standing around, so of coarse I had to act cool... we both started up our bikes and reved the engine a bit, my buddy takes off and I go to follow him.. and find out that I hadn`t unlocked my stearing......

    There I was being all cool and everthing, pulled up to a red light...Sheriff Dep. right beside me... I normally ride in boots, but was just going to the store, so put on some hiking boots ( Lace Up`s )...well, as I pulled up next to the officer and went to put my left foot down... I was s`prised to find out that my shoe lace had got wrapped around the shifter and well, you know what happened next.. thank god it was my shadow and not my SRV..

    Thanks for the info!! I will have a new ISP next week, so will be able to post pics. As of now I am on Dial up and would take 2 life times to up-load any pics.... Are your pipes stock??? I need to do somthing with mine, so I can at least hear if its running or not !!
