Go down the Kangamangus Highway(not sure of spelling). It runs between Rt.s 93 and 16 in N. Conway N.H. Mt Washington is right there too.

Sorry, but I gotta bust you're chops on this one. Is the Restaurant named " La Cabana"? I've heard of the Caverns and the waterfall. We'll have to check out the museum Are the two restaurants close by? And any advice on where to stay? I was on a website that had a inn with a 5 state view that looked interesting and another place that was like a old German brew house that got good reviews. Thanks for the input

Wife and I are planning a ride through the Catskills soon. Anyone have some tips for where to go,what see, where to stay?

I finally fixed it. The fuse for the headlight must've been corroded at the fuse holder. I fixed it so I'm all set with that. The brake light was a separate issue. The four prong electrical connector for the brake and signal that sits behind the battery wasn't holding the wires tight so I put a new one in. Now I'm good to go.

I didn't check it. I thought there might be a fuse somewhere for the brake light. I don't know where the modulator is so I figured I go the easy route; ask if there's a fuse somewhere I don't know about.

I have a '99 RSTD. The other morning I lost power to the headlight, speedo, and brake light. I found the fuse panel with the 20 amp fuse for the headlight and it looks like it had a big meltdown. I pulled the fuse out with a pair of needle nose pliers ( it was melted and came out in about three pieces). I cleaned up the fuse panel, put another fuse in and all is OK now with the headlight and speedo light but I have no brake light. I changed the bulb and still no luck. Is there a separate fuse block with a fuse for the brake light? The previous owner put a modulator in for the brake light but I don't think that has anything to do with it. Thanks for any help.

If you pay your rent every month, the landlord should be pretty gosh darn thankful considering the economy. If the complainer pays your rent for you move the truck.

The next time you hide behind the bike looking to see what girlfriend drops her off, hide on the other side of the bike so you can check the other wires.

I think it's called "ghost biddding"

Anyone know where I can get a good rear shock for my '99 Tour Deluxe?. It's the one that's mounted horizontially . it looks like a canister and when the bike settles down,or lowers, the piston comes out of the end of the canister.

I guess I'll stay with my Dunlops. Any bad reviews about them?

Tell'em you don't ride a Harley because you don't own any tools.

Nice job on the trunk mount. -
I've been driving for 25 yrs. All construction. dumps, flats lobeds. The wide load in the Boston tunnel was a crane.
-
So, when can we see the other pics????????
-
Thanks Squid. And my exhaust is 2 into 1 on each side I'll order those brackets from you.
-
Oh yea Squid. That's what I'm talking about. Sorry

The frame that bolts onto the fender and goes up to the bottom of the case. I believe it's all one piece and the case bolts to it. I have a givi after market top case and the frame on that has two brackets that go where the backrest supports go. It's not a lot of support or strength and one is starting to crack. I need more support out the back a little like the Venture setup where it bolts down onto the fender.
-
Anybody know if a top case frame from a Venture can go onto a Tour Deluxe?
-
I have a '99 Tour deluxe. If those bars work, you can have'em for shipping. I put Flanders on .
