Lewis, I just may have, I'll look in the morning and get back to you. -
Let's try this again. I quit monitoring the other thread because activity got slow and those requesting parts that I did have seemed to not follow through when I PM'd them letting them know that I did have the parts they were looking for. But I, noticed today that there had been some recent activity that I was unaware of. So, I'm starting this new thread to let everyone know that I do still have a bunch of 1 gen parts mostly MK1 83- 85 but some MK2 86-93 parts. Most of the most asked about plastic is gone but I do have the following left 83-85 MK1 both saddle bags tank cover rear fender Complete frame Almost complete engines 1200 and 87 1300 controls parts and cables brakes and system parts and a bunch of other misc parts I would like to move them and get them out of the work space and I'm done trying the ebay route so these parts are going super cheap and in some cases free as long you will pay for shipping. If you need some thing PM me what it is and I will answer you back by PM. I'm real motivated to help out other members by clearing these parts out to new homes that need them.

Yea it was pretty nice today no rain the problem was that power went out during the gully washer yesterday about this time and they just got it restored a few minutes ago so we've been without power for 24 hours . I wonder how long it's gonna take them to get the cable back on. The creek is no longer flooding and is back down to close to normal. So, we are no longer physically stranded. I started off being physically stranded by the creek then Technically stranded by the loss of power. Now I'm intellecterally stranded with no TV. I'm not sure which is worse. I did however read a good John Grisham book over the past 24 hours.

You betcha bye golly

Still 6 feet below full pool I had heard on Monday. I think we're pumping it to Alabama and Florida as soon as it hits the lake.

Trapped by the rain, no fooling. there is a creek and a bridge in the middle of my subdivision which is flooding which means we are trapped in the subdivision with no way out. And Spagetti junction is even flooded. World's largest expressway interchange I 85 & I 285.

Yes but, then Virginia donned her Domimatrix black leather tattooing smock and whip and decided to exercise artistic license and rearrange the placement of the images she would be tattooing on Ruffy's body in the most unusual and painful places she could think of, just to make this experience one to remember. .............For a lifetime. Just guess where the Unicorn's horn ended up and what part of the body Tinker Bell will be flying out of for eternity. I can't imagine where the two delicate pink roses will go. Not to mention the 22" x 4" rainbow. But she decided to be kinder to Yama Mama and choose a small inconspicuos butterfly to be placed on the shoulder blade with a lick-em and stickum temporary tattoo she got from the gum machine in the lobby for 25 cents.

Good dealer / service department North of Atlanta?
Dragonslayer replied to atlm's topic in Watering Hole
Millinuem Cycles on Hwy 78 near Stone mountain Harley is a Yamaha dealer. Although I haven't had any work done there a friend of mine just had his carbs fixed where Doraville cycles had screwed them up. As far as I know they do good work. My friend didn't have any complaints. I wish I could help you more. IO ride a first gen and do all of my own work. Blackjack could probably tell you more. He's friends with the owner. I specifically would not recommend lawrenceville Honda/Yamaha, Rockdale Cycles, Or Doraville Cycles.- 7 replies

And then as if by magic, we were there at the Hog Heaven Bar-b-que amphitheater venue. And all of the VR members were there. In the parking lot there were all of the tour buses belonging to our star cast of characters. On the other side of the parking lot there was about a million Yamaha 1st gens, 2nd gens, VR, V-star's, RSV, trikes, hacks and bikes of all descriptions. And riding past were the Harley riding Del Fuego's being chased by cops. and, and, .....................................................

Dragon Slayer feeling much better and thinking more clearly now having gotten used to the much better fitting helmet. Began anaylising the current circumstances and what could be done to expedite the logistics of getting the pack to our final destination in time to make the Country Music concert and Hog heaven Bar-B-Que M&E which was now the plan as much as any of us understood it. He quickly whipped his lap top out of his trunk and booted it up. Their on his desk top was the VR Member Help and Assistance file which he quickly landed the cursor on and double Clicked. Community...Click,Click...T for Tennessee Click, Click.... scroll down citys to Nashville there it was R.gaylord, Nashville, Tennesse willing to give Local Information and his cell phone number. Dragonslayer then whipped out his cell phone and entered the correct digits. Getting Rgaylord on the phone Rgaylord says that he has been trying to get in touch with the Dragonslayer to get some of those F.O.E. Bike raffle tickets and to see if he was gonna be at the M &E so that they could hook up. What a syncronistic event since the Dragonslayer does not believe in coincedence But instead knows, as all DragonSlayer's do, that all things are interconnected and all events happen for a reason. And that we are only able to see the reasons when looking at a series of events in retrospect. Therefore the DragonSlayer immediatley knew why all of the events of this ride happened bringing all of them to this exact place and time, the way they did. Since Rgaylord said that he would lead us on in to the Hog heaven restuarant and Amphiteather were the M&E and Charity country music concert was planned to happen. We then realized that the pack was actually in Rgaylord's driveway when he came out to get on his bike ready to lead us to the venue since he was a local and knew all of the fastest and safest shortcuts. Getting Willie Nelson and Elvis on the phone, Dolly and her Dollies, George Jones and the Johnny Cash singing Big Tom all decided to make the concert a charity event designed for the purpose of promoting the DragonSlayer's Fraternal Order of Eagles Bike Raffle Tickets, which were being sold for a good cause the Cancer relief fund to assist individuals and families going the catostrophic illness of Cancer.(INFORMATION ABOUT WHICH CAN BE VIEWED ON THE "PAYING IT FORWARD" FORUM ON THE VENTURERIDER.ORG WEB SITE) Dragonslayer now knew that he was meant to join this internet based motorcycle interest web site and meet all of the good people that he had met on all of the M&E's he had attended. and that it was his destiny to go on this ride and being fortunate to be able to experience all of the events that he had experienced on this ride. And that it was no coincedence that we met all these famous country music stars who had voluntered to perform in this concert to promote the F.O.E. Bike raffle ticket sales and why he at this exacrt moment in time had in excess of 500 raffle tickets in his pocket. And as the single tear ran down his cheek he now knew and it all made sense. He knew that all tickets would be sold and he would truely be able to leave a positive footprint on the universe for eternity of time through all of the people and families that would be helped by the sale of these Raffle tickets. And he also knew that all was the way it should be.

windows movie maker will do that. You upload your video and pictures to a movie video track then ad whatever music or vocal you want onto the audio track as well as edit both tracks any way you want to.

as often happens when a dream is about get to the really, really good part, Dragonslayer startled from his sleep, falling out of the chair hitting his head on the table beside him. As he picked himself up off the ground he said "what's next". He then reached up to feel the top of his head where his Tiara had been and felt a very large..........BUMP
