If I liked my feet behind my knees when riding, I would more than likely be on a Goldwing.

How about a Zundap?
-
I have had one for about 20 years, I only use it when I have back pain (not often) but it does work well for me. My wife used to use it also but had a knee replacement and the Doc said no to using it.

I also can hear the rear speakers when I have set the control to head set. I have often wondered if this is correct or not.

Welcome, I have a switch to turn the passing lamps on/off, but leave them on all the time. I wired them off the ignition switch but thru a relay. Look in the tech section and you will find a wiring diagram. I am in Denton, so not far from you. Barry

OK its time to change to coolant 20,000 miles. You can buy it most anywere, but how do you get rid of the old coolant. Wal Mart, Auot zone, O'Rileys will not take the stuff. Does anyone know what to do with it. Thanks in advance

Read this is in the:97: Star magazine some time ago. Relax you shoulders and pull your elbows towards each other. You may have to grip the bars more, but the numbness will go away.

I use a Garman NUVI 750, has the auxiliary plug and a SD card slot. I have a 4GB SD card with about 30 CD loaded and its not half full. I can find gas stations, restaurant and other points of interest. What I like best is the ability to plan and load a route. Last spring I planned a 7 day trip, planning and loading each days route before I stated the trip. Its not water proof, but a zip lock bag slips over it and the mount if I get caught in the rain. Sam's has the units on sale for 200.00.

I had a similar noise starting at about 12000 miles, the noise disappeared after having the swing arm bearings lubed at the 16000 service. They also lubed the steering head bearings which made a big difference in the way the bike handles.
-
The manual call for the steering head and swingarm to be greased at this time. The dealer is saying it will take 8 to 10 hours of labor or $640.00 to $800.00 dollars. Is there some way to grease these areas with out disassembling the motorcycle? Barry:Im not listening to

Tried to spice up those ugly air boxes......what do you think?
hydraulicman replied to mashley's topic in Watering Hole
looks very good, how did you do it. -
Thanks for the thread, I always use the on possition saving reserve. Your thread reminded me that the last time I bought gas I was on reserve and forgot to turn it back to the on possition. Just went out and turn it to the on possition.

I have them on my 06 RSV, I did not mount them myself had North Texas Yamaha do the work. I have about 4500 miles on them and they look like new. I did notice a big difference in the way the bike handled after installing them. Made the bike handle much better. I hope I can get the mileage that has been talked about. The dealer thinks I should double the miles of the OEM tires, so I will be looking for 20,000+ miles. Goose, thanks for the carb sync at the Texas MD, runs much better. Barry
