Keep up the good work, when I quite, 20+ years ago I found that a hard short run would help curb the feeling of need. Also ask God for help, remember Jesus strips were for our healing. Smoking is an addiction and need to be cured. I worked for me, good luck.

I run "0" PSI in my front shocks and have found that air pressure is building up in the shocks. The right shock seems to build up faster than the left and I do not understand why. I removed the air valve this morning and noticed oil on the valve. This is making me wonder if the oil seal is leaking and that is what is causing the air pressure to increase. Has anyone seen this before? Would this be a warrenty problem? I have an 06 RSV that was purchased in 07 so I still have some warrenty left. Thanks for the help.

I have had the Diamond R on my bike for about 3 years and my wife loves them. They are a bit tricky to mount but not that bad. The hardest part is geting them so that they are straight up and down, because they mount to the round hand holds. -
WOW thanks for sharing, what a great story. It was hard to finish screen got blurry.

I paid $120.00 for life time updates, only to have the Garmin unit fail about 9 months later. Found you can not transfer to a different Garmin.

I would like more information on what appears to be signal lights. Where did you find them?
-
Yes it makes a big differnce, mine was 3 years old. I noticed that the bike shifts better than before. I think the fluid line under the engine was getting hot enough to cause the fluid to start to boil, making the system spongy and not releasing the clutch totally.

I found a Prestone synthetic DOT 4 it says it is good for DOT 3 & 4 applications. Is this a good fluid for our Gen 2 bikes? Thanks for all your help.

I used a garmin 750 that went south after 2.5 years. Just purchased a garmin 755, much the same as the 750. I wanted the mp3 player which is connected to the aux input. As far a water proof, I just put a small plastic bag over it when it looks like rain.

Cruise Control acclerates on its own.
hydraulicman replied to kkent66's topic in GPS, Audio, Electronics
I had a problem where the cruise control would kick out for not reason. However there was a reason, the hand brake lever was very loose. By adjusting the screw on the lever to take out most of the free play I solved the problem.- 13 replies

New Star Venture with Audio Issues
hydraulicman replied to Monkei's topic in GPS, Audio, Electronics
I had the same problem, which was caused by the CB radio being on. Turned it off and everything was good to go. -

Has anyone tried these?
hydraulicman replied to Vanantwerp's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
I have the elite 3's on my 06 venture ride 2 up most of the time and I have 18,000 miles on them. I believe I can get another 2 thousand except I'm planing a long trip and think I will change them before I leave. Needless to say I'm happy. -
Recent Installed Risers Members
hydraulicman replied to rumboogy's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
I put the Baron's on my 06 with the standard cables and never had a problem. You do have to slide the risers in from the side, but that was the only problem I had. -

Cruise Control Problem
hydraulicman replied to Freebird's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
My cruise control kicks off for no reason also, but only if I do not have my hand on the grip. As long as I have my hand on the grip it holds fine. Dealers said it is possible a problem with cable adjustment. Anyone have any ideas? Barry
