  1. What's up with that? Once again the internet is wrong! Bobbers have been around lots longer then push button starts. I'll give you that a 750 can make a nice Bobber tho, and is still a mans start demonstrating he hasn't had too much. I get that 1200 HD's are often spoken of as Bobbers, seriously, what else can be said about them;)
  2. OH my! Bands of a brother stick together! Good one Carl!
  3. So Dad, if I can sneak past the 49th parallel south, thinking I tell them I'm part of Carl's Gang; can I come too? hmm
  4. AND it will be good for Dad's blood pressure toooooo;)
  5. Man some guys have all the luck; just to sleep thru it; so not fair)-:
  6. Well Moped is riding in the middle so he gets you to cushion him should the old rear tire crack the sidewalls on a hot road.. I guess he has nothing to worry about unless he drops the bike and;; you get up before he has a chance to run;)
  7. Came across this setup and been thinking on it for a bit... What to you guys think about the results? Yup the driver is well... Air?

Is that what it takes? If that is acceptable then that is what must be broadcast to the nations people. You mention testing hundreds of people in a state that has a population of how many? Is testing to say there is testing going on/happening enough? That is up to the American people. We started by saying 3% now its 3.4%, yet if I'm not mistaken South Korea is showing results of 0.65% why? I think that answer is obvious, wouldn't you say.

I heard this morning about this letter written by a nurse then handled by her union... Took a bit to find a decent link for it, this is what I found: https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/486235-quarantined-nurse-in-california-warns-not-enough-is-being-done-to-combat Zag, how is your son feeling?
  12. Yup, I thought so too. The blanket of deception is simply disgusting! So much of that war could have been altered if people had only been less complacent at the start. Crazy is Crazy, just dangerous period.
  13. Bobbers were 600cc or less, bar hoppers is what they were mostly built as.. The frames were tubular and easy enough to modify. Also the were kick start mostly or a small battery somewhere low. A gallon of gas was plenty! On these the plastics hide everything. Also you need to consider the carb setup not just movin the battery. The engine design of the 1300 or 1200 is wasted if you don't handle induction properly. I get that you want to strip it down some but a bobber she won't be. Zag's bike is a creation but not a bobber, so yes you can get creative but a bobber instinct may frustrate you beyond the point of satisfaction?!
  14. Bonjour mon amie;) I can't recall paying customs for most online orders such as above!? However yes after 9/11 things became more tricky to order out of the states, thinking this is what you may be referring to? Canadian shipping cost are usually as posted to your door. There is a Quebec online parts under the name Canada Parts online, I'v ordered somethings from them without problem as well, but that may be foreign car parts???
  15. Oh Ya! But that's exceptionable and sometimes sought after by a fellow from his Lady! Think of it this way; at least he is getting some of your attention;) And then, you get to save the whip for us... K;)
  16. Not the one I'm looking for but it should hold you for a bit.. Do any of us enjoy sub stuff?
  17. Purty nice ride;)
  18. Was wondering if you would consider opening a thread in the general sub on this conversion? Expressing what you experienced and what you like about the setup. If you could mention as much detail as possible would be a generous sharing, not to pick apart nut to better understand.
  19. Thank's Bob I'm going to kick that thought around for the day before I read up on it! 1st comes to mind tho is the neighbors, as we all know sound in space travels far, or does it? hmm perplexed already dam 2nd is the caterpillar drive, learned that one thru Hollywood;) tho it works well say in tunneling. Thoughts are beginning to build as I write: Sound within our gravity will move things that are on the verge of moving; say like snow. or boys and girls, which usually leads to more, boys and girls!? Starting to write like Carl, hmm chit
  20. I just had to share this physics video, please share it with the youth's in your world;) the 9:25 mark is zero gravity

My son was certified last year but he decided not to do the EMS ambulance end of it cause of the stresses he found that had changed many of his friends over the years. A friend of mine has a complaint file with EMS Edmonton over callus behavior, so too did her GP also file a complaint over the same pickup after discussing the patient. Yet and most likely he didn't start with that attitude.
  23. There has always been a draw to the events of the war in the Pacific for me as far back as I can remember. Can it be the treachery surrounding it that brings this edgy feel when watching these doc's? I've watch British ones as well, hard times certainly but the keen "count on US coming" is just not present in them. I have one on the Fletcher Class, what an amazing story of defined courage! Captain Johnson??? I think I can dig it up if yo'll interested. This one I find very striking, way to many assumptions made and a lack of will to fight back. This was before 41, the allies without the U.S. This is an older video:
