Thats what I got. If you like music get the high end ones but if its only to talk with co-pilot, cheap ones work. I have the latter, but for music they lack base.

Congrats.....welcome to the club Take some time and read through the tech sections of this site as you will find some great information that has accumulated through the years. See you have snow on the ground but can ride. Give it a good rinse if you have salt on the road though. Here we are still on ici and salty roads, so probably a month away from riding. Enjoy,

Thanks guy's, looks like left side it will be. I am actually putting in an LED kit, but it has an electronic module that is separate from the lamp. Similar conection set-up as HID.

I added a couple of Bikevis. Bullet lights under the trunk, see them by following link. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=78710&d=1374664856 Since then I have also added the Harley lights like MikeWa is showing above as well as the CustomDynamics 100 light led board. All are led. Hope this helps....

For those who did the HID conversion, where did you locate the ballast. Pictures would be great:bowdown:

Oh I know. I have already split it 5 or 6 times. Just have a number of wirring projects to do in there that will take a couple of day's to complete so I want to do them all at the same time and only split it once. It a bit warmer this weekend but still cold enough in garage that plastic is brittle so will wait for things to warm up more.

Will do. Just took a look on the bike and clearance should not be an issue. There is almost 3 inches of play behind the headlight. Might do it today if I can do so without splitting the fairing.

Well, temperatures finally got above freezing today so I could start my LED conversion project. Here is how it went: Will load pics in the same order (hopefully it will work) 1. Here are the Truck Lite 4.5 LED Lamps I installed [ATTACH=CONFIG]103404[/ATTACH] 2. Here is how they look next to the PAR 36 -front [ATTACH=CONFIG]103405[/ATTACH] 3. And back. [ATTACH=CONFIG]103406[/ATTACH] 4. Now to fit them in the bucket is tricky as they barely fit due to the thickness of the bottom back of the new lamps. They end up pressing against the stud inside the lamp bucket and then attaching the retaining ring becomes a game of patience as you have to press hard against the lamp, align the spacer behind the lamp, align the hood on the lamp and then tighten the screw at the bottom. Took me a couple of tries to get there and was about to enlist a few extra pairs of hands, but it came together. [ATTACH=CONFIG]103407[/ATTACH] 5. They come with a stock HD connector. I cut it off and replaced with male/female connectors and heat shrunk everything, used dielectric grease and made my connections. [ATTACH=CONFIG]103408[/ATTACH] 6. This happened yesterday afternoon to a Canadian couple in Largo Florida. Sad. I am trying to understand how one looses control of a trike while entering the highway. I have never rode one myself so any thoughts as to how this could have happened?
