Chevrolet white is a very bright white. If I were painting a Cowasaki lemon yellow would make since. The color on the 04 is white and pearl white , pearl white is whats on my bike.

I would try some rubbing alcohol baby oil may also work.

I would set a new reasonable dead line to pay in full and then I would re list it and sell it again. He knew the terms of the sale or should have when he was bidding on it. It is an honorable thing to cut him a little slack but its not your responsibility to baby sit him. If he can not pay in full very soon he should loose his deposit and chalk it up to stupid tax.

If it was airbrushed on chances are they used some type of automotive paint and easy off probably won't do anything to it but its worth a try.

It sounds like a carburetor issue to me also but you may want to check your valve adjustment as well. -
My first thought was Jack is going to upgrade a first gen to a more modern power plant. I like those old engines when I moved to Odessa tx there was a pump jack with an ajax 1 cylinder running it about 500 yards from the house and I could not sleep for the first couple of weeks then it got to where I could not sleep if it was not running. That will be fun to play with.

Thats not a new bike thats thats thats an antique and a very nice one at that. Congratulations on the new ride I hope most of the parts stay on it and it gives you many enjoyable safe miles.

Aw the dark side let me see if I can explain it. Among us are a group of members who are stuck in ancient times and are afraid of progress. They have brain washed themselves into thinking there has not been a motorcycle built since disco music was in style. Many of them are still using stone tablets for corespondents these members are first genners. When some people of high intelligence and good taste (second gen owners) began telling them about the modern technology available in todays highly engineered lightning fast very stylish motorcycles they began calling modern motorcycles the dark side. In my opinion this is a jealousy thing because we all know every body wants a second gen.

Thats what you call paying for an education. The mexican influence is starting to show in you. Wanting to make a low rider out of an antique scooter I just don't know about you and no the tires and wheel off a 10 speed won't fit ether.:rotf: -
The dyna 3k will give you a little more pep and should gain some fuel mileage mine didn't gain any fuel mileage but did gain some pep. I have my rev limiter set at 8k with no valve spring upgrade and have had no problems. The engine will get flat (runs out of cam) at 7k but will wind to 8k. Is it worth the cost thats really up to each individual. If you want to spend the money to get that little extra they work but don't expect a major difference. It is kinda neat to see the speedometer run out of numbers while still in third gear:Bunny:

I run mine on curve 5 it will detonate if you don't run at least mid grade otherwise no problems.

Well mine only has 62k on it but it hasn't been around sense before man was standing upright ether. Some of us have to work we don't just get to ride every day.
