I have seen him do his quick draw then with the same gun turn the gun up side down and cut a card in half at 25 yards. The gun is custom but he can do the same thing with a stock out out of the box gun just a couple hundredths of a second slower. The man is very good and the guns have very little to do with it.
-
I didn't say the guns had not been customized I said they operated normally and they do. The gun he is using can be cocked aimed and shot with the trigger. It doesn't matter how much torque the hammer spring has if it doesn't get pulled all the way back the cylinder will not turn and bring up the next round.
-
The gun is a normal operating gun he pulls the trigger as he draws and fans the hammer to fire it. He doesn't just shoot that fast he hits the target in the process.
-
Don't pat any attention to him he is delusional I guess thats also why he rides an antique goldwing copy.

Ok Ramona let me first say I am not a professional painter but I have sprayed most types of paint. Lacquer started back in the 20s as nitrocellulose lacquer it was derived from wood pulp. the same base was used in early enamels. Alkyd enamel was developed around the 30s and was a major advance in enamel paints and is still used today in cheap industrial paints. lacquer and enamel later began using an acrylic (plastic) base and that is what they still use today. Lacquer drys much faster than enamel paints in fact un catalyzed enamel will never completely dry. Enamel paint has a much better gloss and durability than lacquer. In the 70s-80s polyurethane and acrylic urethane were developed have been the standard in auto paint sense. The new trend is water born and powder coating to get rid of the solvents. I used chromabase base coat and urethane clear on mine and that is what I would recommend. It will be cheaper to have a painter do the painting because by the time you get good at painting you will have spent a fortune in paint , sandpaper and time. Keep in mind I am just a redneck and none of the above may be true. good luck.

I ride any way I damn well please and that is usually in the right side of the lane. I have never seen any rule that says you have to use any particular part of the lane. Just be happy if they are able to keep it in their own lane.

I knew you were not talking about me when I saw that title.:rotf: That is a pretty little colt, that asking price is just the beginning cause there is only one thing more expensive than a horse to keep and thats a woman.

I've had a commercial license sense 1980 I have turned wrenches on heavy trucks for most of it and driven off and on. I kinda burned out on turning wrenches so I added an independent truck dealership to my shop business then started building and selling oilfield winch trucks. I got burned out on fabricating and welding and started an oilfield trucking company. I have turned the shop over to my brother and I am driving one of my winch trucks trying to rob the oil company's blind.

Jim you know I would never poke fun at a first gen owner.

I was riding with some friends last year between cloudcroft and ruidoso NM and was getting kinda bored. A group of organ donors came up behind us when the last one came past I couldn't stand it. I pulled out of the group and gave chase in five miles I had picked off two of them and was about to get the third when they decided to pull over and take a break. They gave me a funny look as I went past. I waited on the group I was riding with at an intersection they all thought I was mad at the organ donors I told them naw I was just playing with the kids.

I often wonder the same thing. I don't know what skilled labor pays around the country but fast food restraints are paying $10 here and skilled labor is double that or more.

Theres just no way you can convince me that the united states government is involved in anything that is slow inefficient and dumb.:rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf:

The wind is currently free but with the growing wind generators and solar the wind and sun will soon be taxed.
