    This is why notification is not practical the moderators would spend their whole day debating the problem with you and most likely you or others would harbor hard feelings toward the moderator. I understand where you are coming from I have to bite my fingers on a regular basis but I understand what the rules are and try as I may I still have problems keeping my fingers under control.

    Things are tough all over. tonight on the local new they had a story about the flood of people showing up at the local food bank.Many of the people have been financially stable their whole lives and now they have lost their ability to feed their family's. Today on the national news they showed a tent city in ca full of people who have lost everything. I really feel sorry for all those people and the ones who are soon to follow them.

    I can understand the desire of some who would like to be notified if their post is deleted but it is just not practical. The moderators would spend all their time in arguments with members who are offended and want to fight. Like it or not there are kids who see this site and some fine ladys as well. Bottom line is the reason we are all here is because of the excelent management that keeps this site civil and fun.

    You will get to ride it soon enough and it will be a nice ride. Take your time and get healed up it takes a little longer for old folks to recover.

    Hey gwill I believe his new name is gweck and he is probably embarrassed to be seen with it in public. Riding a wing is like riding a really ugly gal, it feel good but you don't want any one to see you doing it.

    Looks like a typical day in my younger years. These days I try to keep the front end on the ground.

    Just tell him you don't have small Johnson syndrome so you don't need a harley to prop up your ego.

    I replaced the 5 amp fuse with a 10 amp fuse and I can run my compressor. I would not reccomend using it for high draw accessory for long periods but a compressor for a short time is fine.

    I connected mine the same place as don I just slid the tach wire into the back of the harness plug and glued it in. If you are running a standard auto tach it will have to be capable of 2 cyl setting or it will read half speed on 4 cyl setting.

    He doesn't ride a first gen he has about 6 of em but none of them run.

    Dan us second gen guys took this ride a few days ago and are long past finished and on to new things. I know it takes you first genners a long time to get up to speed but this is ridicules:stirthepot:.

    We are just poking a little fun. There is some minor ribbing at the meets but mostly we all just visit and eat and help those antique guys patch up their scoots so they can get home. I would recommend you come armed not for any of the members (all I have met are well manered and friendly) but there are scum bags everywhere. Even the antique guys and gals are good folks just un inlightened.
