I am going to downsize I fired the last bum and I'm going to sell some equipment. There is an abundance of business here but no one that wants a job. I can't believe with 20 million people collecting unemployment you still can't find people that want to work no matter how much you pay them.

Harbor freight motor? All this trouble and your going to put a harbor freight motor in it. Couldn't you find a real engine? I just happen to have a fresh small block 383 roller motor that will put 600 horse on the rear wheel that I will make you a deal on.

That 1340 evo engine will easily run over 100k if it is taken care of. You can bank on 5k for it next summer.

I prefer made in America my next choice is anything not made in china. My theory is if you want your friends and neighbors to have a job buy what they make. I do ride a couple of bikes made in japan I also ride my some what made in America harley. Just sayin if you have a choice at least consider it while you still have a choice.

I understand if they don't fit they don't fit. I wore redwings for years and still have a nice pair of them but they hurt my feet so I just don't wear them.

I had a pair of ariat boots once they were pretty good boots. I won't buy an other pair because they are made in china. I wear justin boots they are great boots and made in America.

I think it's probably on the late side to be buying. If it comes to a major melt down (I don't think so) a few ounces of lead would be worth more than a few ounces of gold. At this point I think you chances of loosing with gold are more likely than your chances of winning. But then again what the heck do I know I'm a Redneck.

When riding a first gen having a second form of transportation is a good thing.

Running the carbs dry is your best bet it will not hurt the seals or gaskets and it won't gum up the carbs cause there is no gas to turn into gum.

I disagree with #2 I think their heads are crooked internally.

That is a bummer I hope it shows up. You seem to have a habit of loosing thing while riding (cell phone in Colorado) to bad you can't call your wallet to see where you lost it.
