There are a couple of differences in front and rear tires one being tread design the other being the way the cords are overlapped. the rear tire pushes and the front stops the major forces are in opposite directions. You could probably run ether tire in ether position and probably not notice the difference but for maximum performance and longest life I run them in the recommended position. I run avon venom mt90 b 16 74h on the front because it makes a major difference in the way the bike handles -

Any of the big twins. Harley makes a 120 ci engine that they will install with a warranty. All you need to do is say go and add money.

No not like the first gens do the Harley is actually a lot faster its not one of those fantasy deals like you antique herders have.

One of the great things about a harley is all the options that are available. For a nominal fee you can ride a new harley away from the dealer with 125hp and 125 ft lbs of torque at the rear wheel with a warranty. My venture is still the king of comfort but I really like my soft tail.

Get some hard orthodics that will give a solid arch support. I use walkfit that I get on ebay after 2 months the pain is almost gone.

Dan I'm sorry to see you are having so much trouble getting a shop built. Let me see if I can give you a few pointers. Before you have a contractor come out hide all those first gens, when they see all those antique plastic scooters they think you are mentally unstable aka crazy. They don't want to deal with crazy people. second Bath (use soap) and for god sake brush your tooth. Before you hire a contractor check with the BBB to see if they have a good reputation. Sorry I could not resist I'm going back to my corner now.

I need everything. If the wind will quit for a couple of day my new shop will be done. Then I can do the wiring lights and plumbing. Then I can start adding equipment let the fun begin.

It will ping knock rattle and be low on power. You don't want to run it any farther than you have to before you drain the tank and put diesel in it. I have drained many tanks of gas diesel mix from customers vehicles and have never seen it do engine damage.

I think the only way you will get 51 mpg out of it is if yo push it half way. Mine has always run in the mid to low 30s running 65-70 mph. I have seem 40 when riding in the hills 40-50 mph. I would run some seafoam for a couple of tanks and see how it does. -
