  1. the only way I would do such a job again after ive finish my night mere is to use a grade 1 straight jacket:no-no-no: which in turn would restrict the use of my hands , mouth , and any other part of my self which could pick up a tool, and place it any where close to a motorcycle which was fine how it was in std trim:whistling:
  2. ok ivé been reading the other threads about jetting what a night mere, 1st time 107 jets fitted to the right side carbs, and 105 to the left no good, went smaller so pulled them out again 105 jets on right side and 102.5 on the left set, better but not right then emailed seller of kit and found out I screwed it up big time. Remember to read ALL instractions, I was meant to place larger jets to rear of carbs and smaller to front as the rear is done that way to increase better power out put . 3 times ivé had them of and by gee's it is getting faster each time, since I done 105 jets to the rear and 102.5 to the front it runs well . but I don't believe it Im going to do it AGAIN but they are coming back out for the 4th time and going to run 100 mains jet to the forward and 102.5 to the rear . STD JET ON THE 97 XVZ size 95 on all 4 carbs, but this time I know it will preform better then std, it all trial and testing but with some strong coffee at hand and some very mellow music and the breeze of air making the wind chimes tink away it will be worth all the problem that I have caused myself:fingers-crossed-emo. and worse case my wife has the straight jacket ready:223:
