My air ride does work,,,i noticed if it aint plugged in no air escapes, When i would turn the key on i could hear it clicking a did ind after 4i clicks, it will lose a very little air Plus the bracket it fits in dont look pretty no more,, So i built me a glove box and keep the controller in a towel or leave it at home,,been two weeks and havent lost any air at all from where i set it,,,,it did get soldered twice by a tech and still aint right so it is a treasured piece,to be taken ccare of,, ,,,,,,it works

That double sided tape wont stick again and even cleaning it i couldnt get it to stick , WITH NEW TAPE i have a long driveway a mile of rocky road up a hill if i didnt i wouldnt have mine 3 times on the driveway ,, gorilla glue i dont think somebody can steal it without breaking it then just edge with a razor

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT TRY AND TAKE A LONG PIPE OVER THE END TO BEND IT BACK , IT WONT BEND WHERE YOU WANT ,, I HAD TO TAKE A 4LB SLEDGE HOLD IN THE DIRECTION U NEED IT TO GO AN WHACK IT GOOD , 2 OR 3 TIMES AND YOUR GOOD/ COURSE I CAN DO THIS ALONE SOME CANT , DOWN UNDER THE COILS IS A BAR I HAD TO TAKE A LONG RAILROAD BAR AND PRY UP AND OUT ALSO PRYED AGAINST THE FRAME, WATCH OUT FOR WIRES AND BRAKE LINES .. THANK YOU ALL I did the rebuild and filled it on the center stand.. actually put in 4 an 1/2 quarts and checked run , tuned run , started a bunch,, then rode it checking on tires its 3/4 of a quart differense .. I added the extra, to make it dead between the marks,, I have seen over full motors not leak yet lose power , at dead full ,, centered up on the tires ,, then put level on the kickstand MY KICKSTAND IS ON A PIECE OF 3/4 INCH PLYWOOD I can see the oil at the bottom of the add mark, so for real on the kickstand I can glance cold before I run into town and see oil IN THE MORNING I have no loss of power what so ever .IT has been that way for 2 weeks now no oil in the aircleaner ,and the way i run it if it was over full I WOULD HAVE OIL EVERYWHERE/... SHOULD BE ON THE GROUND , IN THE AIR CLEANER TOO JUST AM CURIOUS BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW FOR SURE , ON THE CENTER STAND THE MOTOR IS HIGHER IN THE BACK .SO OIL DRAINS FORWARD INTO SIGHT GLASS.. NOT ONLY THAT , IT SEEMS TO BE A REAL PAIN TO GET IT ON THE CENTER STAND ,, QUESTION REALLY IS BECAUSE I AM LAZY. AND IF I REALLY GOT TO PUT IT ON THE CENTER STAND , I WOULD TAKE IT TO MACHINE SHOP , DRILL A HOLE FOR A DIP STICK.. AN TAP IT... when I read my owners manual ,it said check oil ... bike level ,, oil between marks,,, question,::: i heard or seen or something somebody is checking oil on the center stand ,, I also seen somebody say low oil will overheat stator,,, ,if my bike is on the center stand like on my rebuild ,, then I check the oil when the bike is level on the tires there is allmost a quart difference,,, what gives..and if it is at the top of the marks is it full ?? OR OVER FULL.. AND DEAD IN THE MIDDLE IS FULL. ,, being a detail nut??,, or do i have a screw loose.??..the way i did it is right or wrong????? EXACTLY WHAT IS FULL,, I DONT WANT TO BUY A STATOR ,, OR SEALS AGAIN,, RIGHT NOW IT DONT LEAK :detective::detective:

Loud pipes save lives,,,, got cherry bomb straight pipies,,,,,long as i can hear the radio

Only gaskets on mine are on the heads,, i never changed them,, took it apart a bunch of times,. I did tighten all pipes by pushing from bac and holding till i tightened bolts,,,,never put clamps back on It rattles a little, ,dont leak, ,,course i have cherry bomb straight pipes, so noise never did bother me All mine fit tight I ride every day,,

If you have a stator allready off a parts bike that aint broke,,,i took mine during my rebuild to the electic motor rebuild gguys,, they did our well pump,motor,,,the plastic coating can be, ,coated again for endurance,,,, I am cheap and dont let nothing die,,,now brand new for 25$ O" my fAiring ,,i finally took an old truck bedliner(plactic) and cut pieces off, then drilled holes where the way mount holes are,, some of mine are glued,,some are riveted and glued,,,,,,,,it is thicker at the mounting points now,,,,,,,,,,,,during my rebuild I put it together and took it apart so many times, reefitting, changing,, i actually thought of mounting it with velcro,,,,,,,,,..youll find that all the parts have to allmost fit exactly where. They were or a hard bump will allow the headlight to come out of the metal bracket under the bottom,,,when it does the headlight, ,flags airplanes,,not so good in the woods,,,SURPRISE,,SURPRISE..GOT THE TROPHY FOR THAT ONE .....YOU CAN REALLY REBUILD IT THOUGH:080402gudl_prv:

My Fairing was in piecees and i still played contortionist... Finally those phillip head screws are a pain, ,they got serious lock tight on them A 1/4 inch drive ratchet with a 1/4 socket and a #2 plillips head driver in it, and i actually went through the battery box hole to do it,, Then looked around at the""""I DIDNT HAVE TO TAKE ALL ThAT OFF""" Just get a good bite on the screws,,,

It never occured to me that it may fall off the kickstand ,, couple of honda's , victory; gsxr .. i have allways parked it in gear,, allways ,,just a habit,, this is my first integrated brakes and they already got me on the pinestraw.. at the same time it definetly stopps better than any thing i can remember I WILL GO AND TRY PARKING BACKWARDS LATER WHEN THERE AINT SO MUCH TRAFFIC.. at the courthouse in talladega there is a big antique store and the parking is difficult .// MAYBE NOT SO MUCH NOW TOMORROW I WILL TRY A PIC..... in the woods here all the towns have angled parking alongside the roads ,, in town especially most if not all face downhill,,FOR CURBS AND WATER FLOW, the angle of the spaces ,,I really aint sure I could back into one ,, so far traffic hasnt allowed me to try,, i am 270 lbs, and can still climb hills if I need to ,,or work all day throwing a hay bale how many here park backwards ,,or walk 3 blocks for parking..... or is backing up a hill preferable ,, , i think i could do it , but if I couldnt I aint sure it will climb the curb.. the ground clearance may be an issue ,, dont want to look bad on MY PRECIOUS
