may have wore pads ,, when you put them on did they have oily residue , or did you use any antiseize.. run through a oily mud hole somewhere .. any thing to contiminate the pads ,till they wore off,, grease the rear splines on the wheel some thing got on them ,, this is Dr. Lou"s class for the day now to learn something
