Good for you Don!! You gotta sneak away from business, go find a spot of sunshine and BASK in the sunshine!! Then, stand up and do a sundance for the rest of us.. With all of the airlines being shut down maybe you will get lucky and get stranded out there, airlines will have to house you - rent you a bike and than you can have a meet n greet while there :cool10:

I knew it, I just knew it,,, here we have been blaming our northern brothers for this crazy weather and all this time it was Dragonslayers fault... Funny I didnt take you as the bragging type Bob but hey, cant judge a book by its cover I guess... Got an idea Dragonslayer,, since its all your doings why dont you start a new thread openly bragging about how wonderfully freezing cold it is and how much you love it, wish it would stay like this all year and on and on.. Maybe some reverse bragging psychology would fool mother nature..

Know how you feel brother.. My dad ended up in a nursing home 3 weeks ago for some rehab and he is still there.. Not fun for sure.. It is VERY difficult to look them in the eyes and tell them that cant go home yet.. No matter how much you prepare your heart for these days it seems like it is still very very difficult.. Anyway, praying for you and your mom Dan! Make sure you tell her she is loved and that we are all praying for her. Puc

BESTEST of times.. Needed to warm up a little and nothing warms ol Puc up like lookin at pics of times past.. I mean, take a look at the warmth Michel and wife are showin,, that it'll warm ya up.. Aussie Annie brought a shipload of warmth all the from Australia to spread across the USA, enough so that Quickstep had to help her haul it and share it... If ya REALLY wanna turn up the heat just take a walk thru a group consisting of 86er, Lewis, Randy, (the real) YammerDan, Joe and Skid (wonder what Randy was building with his fingers - got Dan puzzled too).. Still not warm enough, sit and chat with Dragonslayer and have him tell ya how he got the name Dragonslayer.. Feelin better now, thanks to some of the great folks I met this year.... Puc

Folks who were part of VR before the site went down should have the letters "BC" after their displayed join date, BC meaning Before Crash of course.. People who became members after that disaster should have an "AD" displayed after their join date, meaning After Disaster of course...

Having grown up here in the Mid West I am used to the bitter cold.. We were always told that these sub zero temps could cause mental issues but I have personally never experienced this.. I just came inside from cleaning snow out of the driveway, I noticed 1's and 0's, a bunch of 1's and 0's covering everything everywhere.. Little tiny black specks all over in the snow,, since the beginning of the digital age the population of these little black specks during our wonderful sub zero weather has increased dramatically.. I am sure most people just take the freezing of digital signal in stride but to me it's a real problem.. They are very slippery, the 1's have sharp edges that can hurt you if you dont have shoes on, cars dont run right, TV pictures get all scrambled and I bet even our gas bills will be higher because of the missing 1's and 0's needed to control the modern digital meters.. My forehead hurts, I think its thawing out cause it stings.. and I cant feel my toes but I think I can feel someone elses toes on my feet..

Thanks M6!! That trike is awesome, powered by Ford, definitly a piece of work.. Says it has air and heat - I looked at their accessories and didnt find a convertible top, wonder if they are available aftermarket... Neat outfit..
