Hi Coff I did that for a while, have found Gel Superglue to re-attach em works great, just havent slowed down enough to repair that one (will do this week - got a few of em to fix). If you look closely at Tweeks stickers next time you see her you will notice LOTS of repair jobs and probably some of the skin off a finger or two!! THANKS FOR NOTICING THAT SARGE!!!

Today was a special day for Tip and I.. Its always a special day whenever Tweeks earns another sticker.. This tiny sticker, though small and no where near as fancy as some of our other stickers, means the world to us.. I also noticed how much bolder, stronger, sweeter, calmer and more wholesome this little sticker makes Tweeks look.. My hat goes off to ALL the men and women of our Military, past-present and future, who have/are/will serve the great cause of freedom of which this sticker boldly declares.. A giant THANK YOU again for doing your part to maintain our wonderful way of life!! The cost of freedom is hardly free, without your sacrifice - where would we be? Puc

Years ago my daughter and I spent a 4th of July in Minden on our way back from a west coast bike trip and found the down to earth farm folk out there to be some of the nicest people on the planet!! Of course, everyone knows what I think of that GORGEOUS sticker Son,,, its beautiful AND your ol man's PROUD of you Son-shine and very happy for Exodus!! I wish you nothing but the best in your future sticker signee,s AND cannot wait to add my name!!! Now,, want some fatherly advice? Look around your base and see if you can find a marker or something more durable than these permanent markers I have been using (Sharpies).. They dont hold up as well as I had hoped.. If you find something PLEASE let chur ol man know will ya? Also, get a small cheapy digital camera that uses a standard SD Card for storage (16 Gig cards are cheap for them - when ya drop the camera while filming on the bike you can stop an pull the card out and toss the camera). It needs to be video capable.. Stickers draw people like peanut butter draws mice - from hence forth son you will be amazed at the cool people you are gonna get to meet and you are gonna want little video clips of them telling their storys and signing your stickers.. Your parents latest was a Chinese lady whose Grandpa was in the military in ww2 China, he escaped, her father ended up being a Vietnam Vet of the U.S. - an amazing once in a lifetime opportunity and I have her story and signing on vid!! This all happened within 1 hour of our home on the way back from the International, early in the morning, after 14 hours in the saddle as we stopped for gas.. She said,, "hey,, I have been there" and thats all it took... As in all things, you are gonna run into nay sayers along your path.. People WILL poke fun at you.. Just before pulling into a little pull off to drop our tent, about 5 miles west of Taquamenem Falls, I told Tippy that we would have about 3 minutes once we got stopped before the bombers attacked.. Made it thru tent set up with only a few thousand bites.. Sitting in the tent I told her I felt like I was still getting eaten alive.. Looked close,, discovered NO-SEE-UMS dont even notice the stop sign on the skeeter proof mesh on the tent!! TALK ABOUT BITING LITTLE SON OF A GUNS!!!!!!!!!!! Really really pretty up there though,,, just dont stop and if you do - dont go into the shade!!

I posted a thread a while back about a Sporty some friends and I were building a trike out of for a friend and a couple folks on here asked me to try and remember some followup info.. While not finished (are they ever really?) it is NOW rideable and she IS riding it!! My friend Sharon has tried many avenues to getting safely on the road on a bike and it looks like she found it!! GOOD JOB SHARON!! Here is a video of my friend and neighbor riding her new bike.. This is my/our first attempt at building a trike and I gotta say,, it came out VERY road worthy!! As always, there were a few tricks we learned along the way but certainly doable by anyone who knows the difference between a screw driver and a wing nut.. THIS THING IS A RIOT TO RIDE!! Cammed up, 1200 kit, tuned, set of dune tires and a wide glide front end with a 180 tire on the front,,, it would embarrass my old 350x in the dunes for sure!! Seize the moment my friends! Puc

I always carry extra water on the bike, especially when touring the dry, desert regions like the Sierra Nevada Mountains like found in this vid.. Found a gorgeous camping spot and got a good nites rest before hitting the Sonora Pass on the following day.. No problems except for a small disagreement between my water supply and I.. Tippy, of course, slept thru the whole episode and, if you listen carefully at the end of the vid you can hear her response to what happened..
