When we were down in Big Bend N. P. last June we had the whole park to ourselves.. Sitting in front of the gas station in the park, yappin with the guy who sold us the sandwiches, I asked if Tip and I were the only bikers on the planet who appreciated shear desert beauty.. Guy told us that during the winter months the place is known in the biker world as some of the best riding in the country!!! Probably not 115 degrees down there than either...

Well,, I was kinda hoping ol Santa would not be quite as able minded as the Fool when it comes to spotting manipulated statistics.. It was 27 people who I teased on VR,, hopefully his scorecard doesnt have a spot for total amount of times per person teased.. If thats the case,,, hmmmm,,,, I can see where our local power house will be buying their coal from for a longgggg time... Oh well,, cant win em all,,,, BUT YOU CAN TRY!!!!! (notice how I wormed out of that one,, done in a way so I didnt affect my "fibbing" stats,, still got my fingers crossed that Santas spread sheet is formulated like mine) -
What ammo? I dont see no ammo? Bunch of empty shelves is all I see.... Good point Jeff.. Things sure have changed, man I miss the 75 cents a box 22 shells..

Depends on whether we are talking shotguns or rifle/pistol... i used one of those cheapy lil lee loadalls for years for my shot gun, worked great, still got it... Hard to beat rcbs for rifles, amazing the accuracy you can obtain with a little patience... also amazing where the costs of playing with that stuff has gone in the recent years...

If you look really close you can tell the dog on the tramp is laughing his guts out (smacking his left front paw on the tramp) just as hard as the little girl is while the dog on the ground looks like a kid waiting for his turn on a merry-go-round!!!! GOOD ONE MONEY!!!!!

We really liked the Dennison area when we came thru there,, got in late at night - some guy was admiring Tweeks while Tip and I were eating a late dinner at a Fried Chicken place.. Got yapping with him,, he asked where we were staying - I pointed a sign behind an old building, he invited us to stay at the campground that was attached to the marina where he kept his boat... Found the place wayyy back in the middle of nowhere, JUST GORGEOUS AREA - next days ride going south/west was beautiful country!! Coming down out of Okie was BEAUTIFUL too - had NO idea that area had so many lakes!!! Ride safe - HAVE FUN!! PS - I LOVE Texans - a kinder bunch of biking crazies you will never find!!! Puc

Been doing this a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG time BlueSky,,,, one year the old boy slid down the chim and landed with his boot in our Golden Labs food dish.. Dog food was tracked all thru the house and I am sure got carried into his sleigh... The next year, along with my score card, I included an apology for that mishap, promising to be more careful with the dish.. He left a simple note laying on his cookie dish that year,, it read "No problem - I have 4 dogs and 6 cats of my own and know how it works"... Better learn to read the "Clause" if your a hoping for a 61 Panhead like ol Puc is BlueSky!!! -
So sorry to read this Rick,, Prayers Up for you, his family and friends during this time of grief!! Gotta agree with ya about this cancer stuff - nasty nasty stuff for sure!! Prayers Up for an all out attack by the worlds medical field on that stuff!!

Good post Mr. Cudaaaaa!!! Gotta ask you (or anyone else following this thread for that matter),, have you any info on the 09 or newer Vulcan Voyagers (just reading between the lines on your statement above)?? I personally havent even seen one on the road yet (the new Voyager) and would love to hear any feedback on them.. I like em,, I like the look and Tip n I have sat on a few - they got a pretty good feel sitting in the showroom... Word in the back alley around here is about a 40/60 split on the fairing look - seems like less people care for the fairing than do (I personally like it).. I think one would look awesome as make a believe "Street Glide" (I think its called making a bagger....),,, stick a quick release on the tour pac, cop a single saddle somewhere,, you guys know the routine... Opppssss,, highjacked Yucks thread,,, sorry Yuck,,, just file my bo-bo under me applying your """it is just fun to think about the possibilities..."""" syndrome..

Looks and sounds like that pretty 99 found its way into the right hands Sphinx!!! Welcome aboard and hope to see ya on the road this year!!

It's got that Road Warrior look,,,, I like it,,, toss on a set of Buffalo horns and matching buffalo hide seat cover,, hang a couple fake grenades on it, machete strapped across the front end..... Or leave it like it is, ride it down to Florida, get a couple of those stickers from Sea World that say "I SWAM WITH SHAMU" and put on it!!
-
Looks good Don,, I like having them sectioned off and right at the bottom of the screen!! Doing a bang up job here Boss!!

Bad form,,,, you were suppose to post of picture of you moving the thread Eck:Laugh: Anyone who has ever camped near us should see the humor in this pic..

INDEED!!!! Wish I could claim it,, definitely a true work of artistic glory!! Not only could a person tour on that puppy,, he could LIVE in it!! I LOVE the front seat - could easily double as a spare bed for friends to come stay,,,, OR,, serve as "the dog house" for those "on the road" disagreements that happen once in a great while (probably take people who are married to a person who would build something like this to get that one)..
