    Dont seem like the gps or radio would draw that much extra but the when ya start talking heated clothing,,, might not be a bad idea to upgrade to a higher output stator if they make one!! Higher draw on a lower output stator is hard on the whole system...

    Rereading Brake Pads post here.. Just thinking out loud here again Don,,,,, Mike - if I am putting words in your mouth here using your original post - please forgive me.. I still dont think we really addressed Mikes question.. There are times, more for some of us than others, that having to call someone - even though they have clearly stated on the VR list its ok - to ask if we can plop a tent down is very hard to do.. I can totally relate to Mikes original post here - your ready to sleep for while, got a tent on the back, it's 2 A.M. and you really really dont think its in the offering members best interest to get a 2 A.M. call from a road weary biker just to see if he can flop a tent.. In our case,, we pretty much practice CTFWing - never really know where we are gonna be at any particular time (most might call it extreme lack of planning - a few call it FUN).. That said,, I wonder if a "field" could be created specifically for that option.. I tried to stick that "idea" in next to my phone number but I wonder what everyone thinks of having an actual place on the list that addresses that question.. Maybe Mike and I are the only ones that see the need (or, maybe I am the only one and I am misreading Mikes original post)?

    Congrats Fixit!! Hopefully you didnt click on that little icon that said "Pay All" as that is the one that pays all members up a year in advance!! Another thing I just discovered,, if you want another one of those cool "Welcome to VR" notes that new members get from Freebird - all ya dotta do is change your e-mail (I think - I havent tried it yet) and you can get one!!!
