And to think,, we are east of you,, probably right in its path:crying:

You gotta hand it to that @Flyinfool,, he IS a resourceful varmint.. I had no idea that he had perfected the high temp stuff, thinking I better check my dividends on my high temp snow investment.. Hey VAz,, IF you get white wash and IF you have a second,, grab some more Arizona white wash shots for us will you? I think those are sooooooo AWESOME!!

Tell you what,,, next time you are around a bike shop or two that have a dyno (or a car shop), see if you could get a look at some of their dyno read out sheets and look carefully at the graphs. If the dyno(s) is/are are calibrated and no one has changed the readout numbers so they remain 1:1, each report will show the 5252 cross point where HP takes over and Torque drops under. Another simplier way (and easier study) would be to jump on YouTube and look at a variety of dyno runs.. I have a hunch that what you will see will be an eye opener. Of course,, MANY dyno guys "play" with their dyno's cause big numbers mean big dollars so ya gotta watch out for that BUT,, a lot of those guys who have any reliable history at all are honest enough that they dont play games.. Engine builders and tuners have used this 5252 dynamic as a baseline for many many years. I know the math guy in the vid said he didnt see the importance of what we are talking about BUT - IMHO, he is probably more of a mathman than a real life engine builder/tuner. Fact is, unless your limited in RPM due to piston speed and how volatile things can get when going beyond piston/rod capabilities so you have to tune for torque OR your just wanting to tune for torque cause you like to shift a lot, understanding what is going on there is VERY important. All IMHO, of course..

Lets talk about Geezer teeth,,, to partial or not to partial?

I worked the iron for many years, 300 feet up working off 6" wide steel. I also took many Michigan White Tail deer off a 30' high 3'x3' platform while standing with my toes hanging over the edge (or with my heels hangin over the edge if those rascals were coming in from behind me). I definitely had no fear of height and would DEFINITELY LOVE to join the jumpers!! They are getting ready to do something I have always dreamed of.. -

When they gutted me to give me a fighten chance against Cancer they took EVERYTHING,, in taking all that stuff they had to just about pull everything that was external inside to rebuild me and hook things back up. Bottom line, the possibility for fornicating is longggg gone.. But the Pucster,, he is still here and still able to with the best of you lop eared varmints:missingtooth: -

Setting aside the discussion of whether vacuum is actually real,,, @Flyinfool,, care to answer the above?
-
When you take a toilet plunger and dump the beer out of it and stick it on your belly and leave it there and it makes a big red hickey looking suck mark on your belly is the red mark from the suction of vacuum being formed by the rubber sides of the plunger or from air pressure inside your body forcing the skin outwardly and making it turn red?

Spent the day chasing Birdie, my 2 year old Grandson, around Meijers in Battle Creek Michigan... Filled the car up when I left and when I got back to Muskegon, used a whole $4.35 to get us home from Birdies. It didn't snow, it was warm out - a little more than yesterday, there was some ice, to cold for riding or shooting but really,, I didnt mind at all,,, this being a Grandpa is good stuff, I am so tired from chasing that 2 year old round and round that great big store I am falling asleep,, what a GREAT tiredness

When a person breathes in air, are the muscles that cause the chest to expand and relax pulling in and pushing out air or is the person not acutally breathing in air thru vacuum and air is being pushed in by atmospheric pressure? Stick with me,, it takes me a while...

Excellent find IMHO Jeff. Now to the big question: Flyinfool: I can accept the above video as fact: Yes or No @Steven G I can accept the above video as fact: Yes or No

I'm nobody's mother but I gotta tell ya @uncledj, I FINALLY got hooked up with a Dentist office that is not only reasonably priced (for our area) but also has done a GREAT job of caring for my needs. Aspen Dental is of whom I speak. They did a walk-in removal of two teeth that were really giving me fits (broke off below the gum line) and did not charge me a dime more for the quick attention. Paying cash (no dental insurance), they also offer a 30 percent discount! All my other dental offices were above 1700 bucks for each partial, with discount, these guys are at 900 bucks. I know they do dentures but not sure on the implants, going to ask this Monday at my next appointment.. If you take your brother to see them tell them Puc sent you,, not really,, dont do that,, they would probably charge you double just for admitting you and I are buddies:240: -

PRAYERS UP,, wish I was there,,, I would do that quicker than you could say "YIKESSSSSSS" as you jump from the bird!! Never did it but one of my favorite sayings throughout life has been - "CUT THE ENGINE CHARLEY, I'M GOIN IN"!! ? for ya @videoarizona,, can you guess what childhood TV of ours I got that from?? Cut the engine VAz,, I'm goin in = YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWW -
Only got a second here but a couple things for Fool to investigate. Jeff, if you have a second, do a quick study on this, at precisely 5252 on an internal combustion engine, do the HP and Torque curves cross and does the HP curve rise above the Torque curve at that given point? If not, without altering the standard graph parameters where torque and hp are shown on by matching stated graph parameters, please show actual dyno graphs dispelling this. I see you and I have a difference of opinion on #3 above. My input was based on the vacuum pressures altering as the throttle plate angles change. IMHO, this is exactly what makes a CV carb operate effeciently (well,, as effeciently as possible in that it is still a carb), without this given, the vacuum operated slide in a CV carb could not function, at least from my very limited in knowledge opinion.

Ahhhh yes,, that operative word in red surfaces once again... IMHO, if you are gonna survive long term riding of a street bike it will have more to do with your ability to read others God given dose of that word and how you respond to what your common sense sensor is telling you rather than whether or not you have a hat on. This little tid bit vid may somehow say it better than I ever could:

Any of you lop eared varmints ever play with these?

I got a rusty old rotor off my Son-In-Laws Ford that I helped him do a brake job on here at the house hanging from a tree in my yard just for that too Rand!! WORKS GREAT for staying in shape with the Crosman shooter a neighbor gave me and I rebuilt.. -
Sounds like some genius electronics guru needs to invent a wireless LED trailer lighting package that senses when the tow vehicles lights and on, and which ones, has a self contained battery pack and can easily be transferred from one trailer to another.. Someone genuis could make a million on that one!!

Here in Michigan, after many years of suffering under Socialist rule, we patriots were finally able to elect (albeit, for to short of time) a freedom loving all American Governor who, during his time in office was able to put us one step closer to joining many other free States by making us a land of choice when it comes to the helmet laws. Unfortunately, this resulted in the insurance industry coming up with laws of their own requiring those who choose to practice the freedom of not wearing a helmet to carry higher insurance. Funny thing about that was, they (the insurance companies) still did nothing in resolve to correct this infernal wrong that limits a biker from accessing our the catastrophic funds, that all Michigan drivers are required to pay into when they register a vehicle, unless the bike accident involved a car/truck. Kind of crazy because the dollar amount we bikers pay for that mandated coverage is exactly the same as we Michiganders pay for the catastrophic coverage on our cars. What this all means is, if you get in a bike accident that involves another bike and/or is a bike/deer accident or you just miss a corner and hit a tree and suffer extreme injuries, your coverage ENDS at a very limited amount (think its under 300 grand, not sure) whether you cover your head with a piece of plastic or not. With the Catastrophic Fund that we ALL are required to pay into, the amount is bottomless.

Great point Rodney!! Maybe set up a "In Memory Of Yammer" chat night and advertise it here at the Water Hole? I am not a Face Booker but know that many of our club members are active over there, maybe post the ad on FB too so folks who no longer honor the club house with their presence may also participate? IMHO, a family reunion in DanL's honor would be AWESOME!!
