I noticed that Red! I am still try to get the roughness back into my hands after all that water and soap. Oh well, next year we will hold that camera persons hostage for a pic. BTW Red those were dishes from Friday supper and Sat breaky! I must say that I did see an awful lot of Terry working hard. Tom not so much, Russell well he was sittin every time I looked over his way! He must have stage those shots! -
Our thoughts and prayers for his family. Way too young to be gone.

Thats BigBob's trike, you could PM him.

Congrats Bob. It will be a bit weird waking up and realizing that you don't have to go to the office, shop or wherever.

And we have just returned and cleaned out the camper and put our stuff away for another year. We had a blast and it was great to see all of you again. The food was great and you are right Red, we won't mentioned the burned stuffing that would just be bad form...eh! My new name is really gonna be Storm Cloud as we got caught again in more rain coming home this afternoon. But it was only for 30 miles or so. Gord a Laura also made it safely home should he not get on. Who's bringing the Hot Sex next year!!

I just got back from running around town. Found a Facet 42s. Going to hook it up now as soon as I figure out the flow direction thingy. Got to check the pics on the other posts relating to this. Thanks for all the help guys and gals!

That does suck Dan....was looking forward to seeing you both again.

Question What would the max psi pump I could put on the bike?
-
Getting it figured out was the easy part! Getting it fixed might be the big issue though. We are supposed to leave for PIP at 10 am! Thanks for the good luck wishes Brian.

Big Bob and I went out this evening to fill up the bikes to be ready for the morning lift off. Guess who's bike won't run? Yep...mine! Fuel pump for sure. Tried all the tricks banging on it, key off and on, nothing no noise just nothing. It does get hot though when we try and start the bike up. BTW the bike will run a little until the gas is gone from the carbs. We have been out and about trying to get an after market one. The good stores are closed...ie NAPA etc. So tomorrow AM I am heading the bike shops and see if they have something lying around I can use of hit those other stores. Our Yamaha dealer folded up two months ago...perfect huh.

Out thoughts are with the little one and the Mom who will never forget or forgive herself. We hope it all gets better, children are amazing little creatures and a lot tougher than we believe.

Our thoughts are with your friend. As an ex correctional officer and soldier I view all enforcement officers and service members with respect deserved for their service. -
Thats actually not too bad for such a small battery really. I have had them last less than that and when it goes it does some weird things to the bike! And it gives ya no warning either.

I am pretty sure I was puffing more than the bike at those altitudes! Never had an issue even towing the camper. -

Wrecked my 83 venture
sarges46 replied to brant1's topic in Venture and Venture Royale Tech Talk ('83 - '93)
It is a good thing that it wasnt worse...we will be thinking of you while you heal up. Dang that sucks! -
Hmmm...I pay 1600 dollars for my 5 months of riding. That is with merit discounts. If I didnt have those it would be well over 2000. I feel your pain but I would love to pay 900 dollars. Cornered market here in Manitoba. Government run insurance and the there is no competition...we must insure through them. They truly have it in for bikers here. British Columbia is very similar and also quit expensive.

Try this 47.226977, -94.874102 And if you wish to camp, ya best bring a tent. There are no rooms at Gary and Anns but they do allow us to shower in their home. Oh and forget about setting up near the chicken coup....thats Bubber's territory and he will not let anything get in between him and his favourite rooster!
