  1. I ended up drilling both out and tapping them to a standard instead of metric and using a grade 5 alan bolts with antisieze. took it for a ride and it shifted beautifully. Thank you for your help. I am enjoying this bike and really appreciate the help of this forum. now I just need to figure out what the thing on my dash is supposed to be. its the second icon on the right for my dash. it looks like (!)?
  2. ok thank you. I got the cover off and it reviled a broken lower bolt for the slave cylinder. Now I need to drill it out and hope the threads are still god or I will have to tap
  3. how do I access the slave cylinder for my clutch? I bled it now it will not let me shift. When I squeeze the clutch lever I can see the bleeder screw move up a little (is this normal). I changed the fluid to dot 4 by bleeding my clutch very carefully.
  4. ok I tried it in ACC mode and it works like its supposed to. also with the new info on the pump I tried to teach it the words to a song, but never less it just clicks and I have great fuel pressure after changing the filter. Thank you everyone. I really appreciate it. its my first touring bike but looking forward to get out on it at the end of the week.
  5. hello my air ride lights up when I turn my key to the first position but when its running the display is blank... any ides? Also my fuel pump clicks, it does not hum when I power up the bike. do I need a new fuel pump just to be on the safe side since the bike has been sitting for a year?
  6. Do we know when you will receive them? My bike is lonely sitting in the garage while my wife's bike is out enjoying the sun
  7. I cannot get PM to work either and I cannot view profiles for numbers. I figured it out though I am not a paid member as of yet. but I want one very badly. do I need a MAP sensor as well or do I just plug in and route the vacuum line like i read in the earlier posts? Not trying to bother you just trying to figure out what all I need to buy so I can ride
  8. Ok I will take one. Let me know when you receive them and I will give you my PayPal information to bill me. Thank you so much
  9. Gary do have any spare ignition modules? I have a 1985 Venture 1200 and I bought the bike with the original taken out due to it being bad and the guy treid to solder it and destroyed it. Please let me know
