    It was a bad battery....Showed 12 volts on the volt meter, but when you put a load on it went down to zero...Never saw one go bad like that before.... Sorry for the delay in response, and thanks for all the replies...

    The kill switch is in run mod...thanks for the thought..I don't lights, radio, dash lights, or horn...nothing will come on at the ignition switch.

    Well I was going to start the bike up today and let it run for awhile... when I turn on the ignition the lights came on and the fuel pump ran, when that was done I pushed the start button and everything died...like I disconnected the battery...the floor was damp from the warm up, so moisture must have been on the bike too..this probably caused it to short out...I checked the main and ignition fuses...they looked ok but I changed them anyway...that didn't work...I'm sure the battery Is ok, because the lights and fuel pump were working good before I pushed the start button...I have lights under the gas tank that are separate and run straight to the battery and they work fine...So I have no power at all when I turn on the ignition...I hope someone ran into this problem and knows the fix...Thanks for your help...PS when I hit the start button the first time it did make a small click sound ...and nothing after that when I would tried to start it....

    Press both upper corners of the door at the same time and release at the same time. This worked for me.

    I have a set on mine and really like the sound. I listen to others and did not have the deep sound that kromeworks have. Wife likes them and that helps alot. I've seen the oval pipes that are made by ? and they sound good too. the chrome on the pipes is good, no pealing or changing colors - had kromeworks for 4 yrs.

    OK- I switched out the I-basket to the G-basket today and went for a ride, 10 mi.. Seemed to reduce the noise level about 30%. So far no Cricket just a Whine sound.. When I had the cricket sound the level was so bad you could not here the radio-sound level 17.. The G-basket was used, out of a 2007 Venture with low miles.. Bought on E-bay for 65.00.. I had the I-basket in for 4yrs, just kept getting louder. Hope it last for a while before Mr. Cricket comes back...

    What do you think will happen when I go to a G basket from an I basket, had a H basket in the begining? I basket made no change.

    How noisey (chirp) before you started using MK--Scale 1-10...Mine chirps like chipmunks on steriods, I do have the _I basket installed and there was no change. That was 3yrs. ago...

    Lucas oil additive vs. Motorkote oil additive which is the best to use? What do you notice when you use them?

    Has anyone used Castrol 20-50 motorcycle oil? It doesn't say anywhere on the bottle that its for wet clutch ,and it doesn't have an energy conservation stamp. Is it safe to use--or should I stay away?

    Khromewerks are the best sound---Love them--sounds like a Corvette on steriods...
