Turtle, did you get to put a lot of miles on that 99 this summer?

On the way home from Maggie Valley in late August I filled up in Williamsburg, Ky. 274.6 miles later I pulled in the driveway. Low fuel light was on the last 38 miles.

Rode through the area on the way to Maggie Valley in late August. It was beautiful even without the changing colors.

And navigation and abs brakes and adjustable suspension and adjustable headlights and etc!!!

A black RSV passed me today on Northbound I-75 near Livingston, KY about 11:00 Anybody from this sight. I was on a blue Goldwing and my brother -inlaw was on a white Goldwing. On our way back from Gatlinburg and Maggie Valley. If you have not visited the Wheels Through Time Museum you are missing out on something special.

It's all about the taxes. They want the taxes from the guy the original owner sold it to. If you can contact the guy and agree to take care of the taxes maybe he will sign the title over to you.

I sold my 99 RSV last fall and bought a 07 Goldwing with ABS brakes. The power and low end torque of the Goldwing is outstanding. The brakes and low speed handling are superior to the RSV. The low center of gravity makes the wing handle like a sport bike. The reason I made the change was because of the RSV being so top heavy and my arthritic knees. I have to say the RSV was more comfortable on a long ride than the Goldwing.

Had to replace the battery in my 07 Goldwing yesterday. Noticed the engine cranking a lot slower and seemed weak. Had a load test done at Advance Auto. Showed battery needed replaced. New gel battery $103.00 Starts like a champ now.

Bike has to be in neutral or clutch pulled in for bike to run with side stand down.

My 07 Goldwing has a light telling you the side stand is down. It also will not start or run if the stand is down.

Will be fifty seven in October.
