    i have fixed a few pin holes in my diaframs clean real well let dry and what i use is called amazing GOOP if u let dry over nite and put back in they will go along time before u need to totally replace . i have over 15,000 km on the two that i fixed and still going strong zoey04:whistling:

    hey there for what it is worth have had a gopro for three years and i wish i would have done way more checking on it cause i would have bought the Drift, it is easier to use longer battery time and pics r i think better and easly mount ed on fairing zoey04:080402gudl_prv:

    just a thoght my friend had second gear issue and he just pulled motor out and suck in 1300 he found in good shape bike runs great and a lot less effort. zoey04:whistling:

    i have a gopro and wish i would have spent more time comparing the cameras out cause i borrowed a friends drift and it is hands down easier and better to use and mount, so moral is do lts of snopping first. zoey04:detective:

    hey i have a few issues in getting diaframs for my 88, and what i have done and it works very well is , remove slides and clean very well and i bought some stuff called shoe goo. hold them up to a light to see where they r anput the goo stuff over hole or holes on the outside part of rubber and allow to dry for min of four hours, then reinstall, it works great a have gotten extra two years from them secret is to clean very well i use laquer thinneer then blow them dry.     hey there i was at a truck stop the other day, and found some chrome vent covers for a peterbuilt that r same size as venture ones and r chrome which is a bonusso am getting two they were 25.00 each

    Thanx for the info.. as for venom tiers i have had nothing but a head ache with those damn things. put a new set on last spring and the sidewalls cracked right out of them , then trying to get any warrenty on them not worth the hassle so went back to dunlop. back tire got less than 5000 km it was bald and cracked to bits. Avon said they replaced the venom with the cobra but now i am not going to take the chance:no-no-no:

    dont know if u can get Motuel down there have been using it for years , but am changing to Rotella t-6 it is the same as Motuel but at half the price

    he also makes one for 2nd gen venture, would pick the one for blue tooth capabilty it has a bit more power, to it and hooks up to your i phone if u want:lightbulb:

    i found a piece that installed on my bike that goes between the amp and deck it has a mp3 plug port built right into it and is pug and play took longer to remove the stereo than to hook up. go to VentureAudiolink then click on info u want comes from Spain and cost me $ 56.00 cnd shipping and duty included and it works just great.

    if u can find rear speakers from a old kawi voyayer they can be muonted on the trunk rack. then just run new wires up to speakers in fairing. but those speakers r hard to find am looking for some myself

    just installed rotor covers on my 88 and when i tighten up calibers the wheel is very hard to turn so loosed off calibers and wheel turns freely, do u need to shim out the calibers on inside of forks to allow for thickness of rotor cover steel thickness
