  1. Just wanted to give a big thank you @B2MOM and @eusa1 especially Cherie for working so hard to get us on the road to some great places and sights along the way, not so much that Rat Bast**d Mike who I will get even with one day! (just kidding big guy I was happy to be able to help out). This rally was chocked full of such wonderful family members I can't thank all of them so much for being there. Like @Long Tall George (for giving me the clap!) and his wife Donna, My brother from another mother @bikerjohn (be sure to hug Maurey for me) @adventurer 08 John & Sandy, all the way from California @Zzyzx, Ed @BigBear! Barry, @bongobobny, what a great guy! @seabeetom and his delightful wife @BigLenny, come again when you can't stay so long! @Carbon_One, be sure to check your camera Larry! and I am sure many more that names are escaping me at the moment. Vicki & I had a great time and can't wait to see you all again and meet more of our wonderful family members! Gary PS, when I figure out how to attach some photos I will!
  2. Gary & Vicki made it home safe. Made so many new friends will have to shout out to them later, just too tired now. Everyone be safe getting home.
  3. Leaving Illinois in a couple of hours. Hope to catch up to you sometime later today. Looking forward to seeing @angryjoe & Debbie again. This should be much better than Lake Guntersville was last year! Gary & Vicki
  4. The wife and I both have the Frogg Toggs and last year we went 5 hrs in rain and high winds and stayed dry. They don't "balloon" out and I don't know how they do it but they breath so you don't sweat to death! I don't know that I would try anything else after that experience.

    RainX

I have used RainX on my F4 windshield with good results but I just starting using Turtle Wax ICE which is comparable to Liquid Glass and it is the best Rain/Bug release I have ever used, car or bike. Crystal clear and no streaks.
  6. Yes, I received the notice a couple of weeks ago and have sent the payment in right away!
  7. Florida contractor who is suspected to be a serial....
  8. a cop standing in my driveway holding his hand over his eye and there was blood trickling down his cheek when...
  9. Flop
  10. Nellie!
  11. I'm in for at least 1. I asked about these about a year ago so I have been waiting for this!
  12. I have Allstate with the same coverage except on the Collision and Comp I have $500 I pay $307.16
  13. In the upper right hand corner of the screen after logging in select "settings". From there scroll down to the lower left hand corner. There you can select the color and lock it in.
  14. Okay, I went to Calendar and went to the rally date and I can see everyone that has responded but I can't figure out how to respond:headache: There is obviously something different from the old site. What am I doing wrong or not doing:confused24:
  15. http://www.wimp.com/russianmotorbike/ This is awesome! I especially like the way it is transported!
  16. I have had an F4 for 2 years now and couldn't be happier with it. Great water shedding and clarity. The wife also loves it as the buffeting she gets is greatly reduced. I have the model with the vent and highly recommend the vent no matter if you choose F4 or Clearview.
  17. The hardest part is removing them, gotta keep the blade sharp!
  18. Moth balls around the base of the plant. Won't hurt plant but the smell has driven away Racoons here.
  19. The wife and I will be there.
  20. I just finished installing the ignition by-pass relay sold here by djh3. It was truly a plug and play that is unbelievably simple! I have read many posts about ignition switch failure being a matter of "when not if" and this was so much easier than tearing into the wiring I can't thank Dion enough for putting this together. At $22 ea. which includes shipping he is certainly not doing it to get rich! Members like Dion and others here are what makes this such a great group to belong to and I just want to say how thankful I am for everyone here that is so supportive of each other.
  21. I replaced my 35w bulbs with 50w sealed beam halogens. Based on 12 volts a 35w draws 2.91 amps. A 55w will draw 4.58 amp. That is only a 1.67 amp difference. Yamaha uses only a 10a fuse in the crappiest fuse holder know to man. I replaced the fuse holder with a blade style inline holder and put a 20a fuse in and have not had any problems. I am not an electrician by any means but I did have our very fine electrician where I work evaluate this and he has assured me that with such a slight difference there is absolutely nothing to worry about. For what it's worth
  22. My wife will be with as well, seems I can't leave home without her!
  23. Works for me. Looking forward to it.
  24. Mike, I have my original windshield also the Yamaha short windshield if you are interested. Any reasonable offer beats sitting in my garage.
