The snow's gonna hit the fan that is. I'm looking for a sprocket for an old Dynamark snow blower I've had for a few years. It worked fine for the first couple seasons but then one of the chains started jumping off the sprocket. The sprocket in the picture is supposed to have a flange on both sides of the fork that is supposed to keep it from sliding side to side. But now one flange has been completely worn off and now the sprocket moves to far to the right and the chain jumps off. I hate to junk the thing simply because I can't find a new/used sprocket somewhere. I could re-engineer the thing a bit and it would probably be good until the rest of it fell apart. But a new sprocket would be easiest. Does anybody know anything about these? Would any collectors have one laying around? Even a part number would be handy. ANY info would be appreciated. Yup! Auctio clearly states that it is for 2 peaces. Not 1. I had an issue quite some time ago with a purchase on ebay. The so called "Buyer Protection" was a farce. I contacted them several times and NEVER got a response back from them. In the end I didn't get what I had payed for, The seller got my money, and the seller left me negative feed back with many profanities and calling my Mother things as well. PayPal, Buyer protection, Ebay, all were of no help. These days I ALWAYS use a CC via PayPal. Sorry if that doesn't make you feel any better. Hope your experience goes better. Bill

Probably not as funny as the time I got a big black ant in my pants. On the side of the road with my pants around my ankles until I found him. It's been quite a few years since my last bee sting. Probably about 20 or so years. That summer I got hit three different times by a be in about two weeks on the bike. On the forehead, neck and shoulder. I have a windshield now. Now they just get up my drawers. Bill

NO, it does NOT feel good to be riding down the road relaxing with my legs stretched out on the front foot pegs, and to have a wasp fly up my left pant leg and crawl down my boot, only to start stinging the sh*t out of the heel of my foot! Pulled over ASAP! Hopping around on one foot while trying to rip off my boot while the damn wasp keeps stinging away! NOT FUNNY! I could just imagine what passer-byes were thinking. Now my foot is red, swollen and throbbing. Some grilled brats helped, now for the ice cream! Ice cream helps just about everything.

Better use one of those "boots' you apply from the inside. If that doesn't do it, try Seafoam. It fixes everything else, right? Bill

Good timing guys. I just added a second antennae mount a while bw0ack so I had somewhere to mount a flag. I just picked up a new leather vest the other day as well, so I'll also be getting some VR.org patches for it as well. Thanks to all you guy who put so much effort into this site and for doing all the things you do for so many of us. There aren't that many people left that are so willing to do so much for people they know so little or even not at all. GROUP HUG! Oh, I'll be taking two flags. Where is the dang thing? The schematic in the book says it has 3 wires, Br, Br/W, and Y/G. But I don't see it. I switch to LED's and want to put in an electronic turn signal relay. Thanks, Bill

If you allow me to play "Devils advocate" for a minute... I feel the problem started long before she started forcing herself to vomit to loose weight. It started with the parents ignorance and them letting their child become obese in the first place. If they are lucky, they will learn from this experience and will be able to prevent what may or may not have lead to even worse health issues in her future if the weight problem were allowed to continue and possibly become and even bigger problem. When I was growing up I remember grown-ups/teachers actually telling us that there was nothing wrong with being "fat". Luckily we're a bit less ignorant these days. We now know that obesity is almost as deadly as smoking. Over 400,000 people a year die from obesity the last time I checked. It's the fastest growing disease in America ans it's totally preventable. So if you really want to help your children and loved ones, educate yourselves about obesity and how to prevent it. If you yourself have an obesity problem, do something about it. The people who care about you will be happy as hell to see less of you and to have the chance to have you in their lives even longer. Sorry if anybody takes offense, that isn't my intention. Bill

1st Gen Venture with EFi?

Well when I did the MEFI conversion from the 2brl carb on the 351w in my 78 F100, I got about a 40 -50% increase in mileage depending on the mood. As for the difference in horsepower and torque, I have no clue. Dependability, it hasn't failed me yet since. No matter how long it has sat or no matter the weather, just reach in and hit the key and it starts right up without hesitation. So ya, I'd be willing to give it a try. Now if I could add VMax cam, VBoost, etc. at the same time, it may be a plus too. Being able to use a different air cleaner to help the engine breath better might help as well. If I had the $$ right now, I'd have a whack at it. Bill -
