  1. After 56 years of smoking, On April 9 I said I quit and haven't used them since. No more coughing and gaging because I could not breath. I can breathe a lot better now. The only thing I can't understand is why I could not do it years ago, and I did try. I didn't think it would be so easy this time. I put the empty pack in the trash and said that's it I am done.

  5. Congratulations! I joke about my Dad. He quit smoking and drinking after all the kids left home!!!😅 For some reason, I never got caught up in the smoking scene. I'm happy I didn't.

  6. @cimmer I have attached pictures of the logo on the saddle bags I know the bike as it sits now has a working cb and AM FM radio and hopefully a working cruise control now. Also the shocks on it have been converted to Schrader valves and all I was told from the previous owner was that the air pump was “bypassed”.

  7. You called it @cowpuc.If not for the joint ventureship with @Marcarlthe fertilizer Co. would not survive. Not only is he the top fertilizer producer but his gift of gab really is a major factor in spreading the fertilizer far and wide.

  11. @Freebird When I saw the picture, I already had a big hunch the truck may be totalled...so glad to know Eileen is ok. Hope you get more or almost close to what you paid for from your insurance. I have a 21 OR and love it very much. The 22 Pros are very nice. Happy shopping for a new truck.

  14. The newer you go in the 2nd gens the more likely you are to have less whine. My 2006 was noisy even after a warranty clutch basket replacement but my 2012 is much quieter. Colors changed and the sound system accessories to the radio changed over the years

  19. I like the 1st gen much better than the 2nd, but with that said I will stick with my 2nd gen just because of parts availability. Other than colors and a few audio changes most parts are interchangeable, or at least that has been my experience.

  20. If I recall, only the Venture Royales had the Class system on them. I also think that by 1988, you could only get the Venture Royale and not just a Venture. The Royales came with the Class and radio system on them. So first question is on the side bags, do you seem a emblem that says Royale on them or anywhere else on the bike? I am thinking the previous owner removed the compressor and control valves from the bike. I can see the mounting legs that held the plate with the assemble on the bike under the front part of the rear rack. So people have converted the Class to the non-Class system which is a schrader air valve that is usually located on the left side of the bike where you can adjust the damping for the rear air shock. The also place one up near the center of the forks to adjust the air there. You might have to do some searching for them and see if you can find some black air hoses that use to run to the back of the bike on the right upper side of the frame. I think the previous owner left the controler in the fairing just so he wouldnt have a hole to fill. Good luck and keep up the good work. Rick F.
