Inner Peace during the current political campaign..... I'm passing this on because it worked for me today. A doctor on TV said that in order to have inner peace in our lives during this political campaign, we should always finish things that we start. Since we all could use more calm in our lives, I looked around my house to find things I'd started & hadn't finished. I finished a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bodle of Bayleys, a butle of wum, tha mainder of Waliuminun scriptins, an a bxo a choclutz. Yuz haz kno idr how fablus I feeeel rite now.

Hey @cowpuc, I've used eBay heavily for the first few years but sparsely the last 5 years or so. I did use them to 'attempt' a purchase of a $10K CAN AM Spyder for my wife. Everything seemed legit including the payment method and the transaction was insured by eBay so I pulled the trigger. It was around Easter and while trying to arrange pickup/delivery the seller stopped responding. Figured it was because of the Holiday - nope. I got in touch with eBay and filled out their forms for insurance, filed reports with local authorities here in Katy TX and in Boston MA where the seller was located. Then I went one step further by getting the FBI involved for interstate fraud. I stayed on top of Boston folks and the FBI and they caught the guy about 6 months later. I told them to tell me when the trial was and I would come and testify. Since we had talked on the phone I would recognize the voice and besides I wanted to look the SOB in the eye. I travel a lot for the company I work for so I would have very little out of pocket expenses. They were surprised by this and told the guy I was coming up to testify and be disposed. The detective said he freaked out because it would be 20 years in a federal pen and not 2 - 5 in a local. He flipped and they ended up busting 10 - 15 other people involved in a large eBay fraud ring. It took about 6 months but eBay sent me a check for the full amount. Quick side note - there was only 1 tell in the add for the Spyder that gave it away. The year of the Spyder in the ad. That year they did not produce a yellow Spyder, it was the year before that had the yellow one.

Well Hello there, Squid thought maybe since you were so far away you got stuck eating all of Lonna's delicious cheese cakes all by yourself and couldn't move anymore. Sure missed you seeing you and Lonna. Every time I cross into the states at Sarnia or Sombra I think about you folk's. This thanks giving my wife Made pumpkin cheese cake and its its the first cheese cake I have liked other than Lonna's, which of course made me think of you folk's. Yeh I know sounds like maybe I only like you because of Lonna's cheese cakes but that ain't so. You are missed as much for who you are. big slap on the back for you buddy and big Hug for Lonna.

I guess I don’t read the watering hole section enough. Imagine my surprise when I tried to run through my daily check of the First Gen Section, only to be greeted by “This Site No Longer Exists”!!!!! Within a few hours I was in a cold sweat, fortunately the boss was able to talk me off the ledge! Glad we’re back up and running! So am I the only one that's in this solely for the money??? Kind of sounds like it... I figured it out and got a bottom line amount figured... At this time I figure @Freebird owes me exactly,,, figuring 1 month @ 1 dollar per month divided by 30 days per month = 3 cents per day times 2 days of down time = 6 cents.. That would be payable in cash only cause I dont take no stinkin Paypal even though I paid with Paypal LOL. Pay up ya lop eared varmint!!!!! Oppssssss,, ah ohh,, Tip is yelling at me for stirring the pot,,, says shut up Puc,,, I remember watching you sneak a cookie out of Eileens cookie jar that was well worth 2 dollars so NOW you owe Don $1.94.. Can I pay that $1.94 with Paypal next time my club dues come up brother? You got your scoot down yonder with you?? Hope so!!

Good to be back on Ben, as well as hearing from you. Texas has kept our lives busy. Lonna has her business breeding Quaker parrots and that keeps me plenty busy. Hopefully we can catch up with all our Canadian brothers and sisters soon.

I kinda wondered how many days it would take you to get her back up. It looks good, and thanks for all of your hard work, Now enjoy that houseboat!

Hey Puc, I'll work at being more frequent around here again. Life is crazy busy right now. The car is a bucket list one, of which I'll never see. It's a 71 Hemi Barracuda convertable. Cant touch one for anything less than a million bucks. Tell Tippy hello and hopefully at some point we'll see y'all again good Lord willing.

I was extremely active on Ebay back when running my shop, using thier services for business and for personal use.. I bought/sold a lot of stuff thru the years there-in.. My problem with Ebay began when they started showing their true selves in extreme censoring/control.. I had a huge, antique air gun collection that I began the process of dissolving.. At that time, I had done well over 250k of business thru Ebay.. After sticking one of my late 1800's air guns on their site, Ebay sent me a note that they were putting me on a 1 year suspention and locking up my Paypal account for the duration.. Their complaint was that I had violated their Firearms Sales policies.. I tried to contact them to discuss the matter but that ended up proving just how insensitive to their customers they truly are,, quite frankly,, they could have cared less about people who were their customers. I ended up with over 20 grand in funds being locked down for 1 year PLUS the applicable opportunity costs in my business associated with their nonsense. When the smoke cleared I gutted my Paypal account, keeping it open but never keeping more than a few bucks in there. I remain an Ebayer to this day BUT I am strickly in it for what ever works in my favor and have zero respect for Ebay. I work steadfastly to protect myself when doing business thru Ebay and have come to expect nothing of them in my dealings whether it be buying or selling.. All they are to me is a place on the internet to come in contact with other human beings,,, no more - no less..

I've been run Kenda Kruz tires for the last 7 or 8 years on both my Venture and Gold Wing. I'm at 10,000 miles now and at the point where the rears could use replacing. The handling is great and they're not bothered by metal grate bridges or those darn tar snakes. Back when I was running Dunlops I darn near wrecked on those snakes on a warm day.
