Keeping stock bar weights on my RSTD, a new idea

  I figure they need some rubber so they are flexible and absorb the vibration so I came up with this

  I ran the bolt through the weight and the spacer, putting a washer in between the spacer and the nut

  The theory being that if the spacer is pulled together, it will expand as I tightened the bolt.

  bar end going in, the fit is snug, but not so that it pushed the rubber back onto the throttle.

  The final layer was a short piece of grip tape (from changing my golf club grips, again, I am a pack

  Next I covered the spacer with a strip of old inner tube I had lying around (kind of a pack rat). I
